This is the second motor I have bought from you all in the past year or so. Joe installed the previous one at my home of 35 years. I bought another home and closed on it on 04/03/2025, and moved in a week later. The garage system motor was awful, so Joe Huggins installed a new Genie April 30, and I am happy. Joe was the technician both times, and I am a great fan of his. He is an excellent technician with a great personality, and really knows his work. He had to make a special trip back to my home on Friday because of what I push to raise and lower the door. He came late in the day when he was off work, but he took care of it with such a positive attitude. It appears to me that Joe is a superb employee! I will continue to call your company when I have a need, and I will ask for Joe!

Mr. Huggins did a superb job fixing my garage door. The right side of my garage door came off the rail. He installed two torsion spring to support the weight of the garage door. He replaced the torsion cable and the rollers. He programmed and put in a new keypad. Opening and closing my garage door is a lot quieter. Highly recommend this company.

Called the office early in the morning for a non-emergency appointment expecting to be told it would be at least a week or more for a tech to arrive. I was surprised when told it would be that afternoon when someone would be by. Even more suprised when Joe called minutes later and said he would arrive within 30 minutes. Sane day service is amazing these days and Joe was not only very competent, but personable as well. He removed/installed a new garage door opener, springs and performed inspections on three other doors in a very reasonable amount of time. The only reason for five stars is that I wasn’t able to give a ten.
