We got our door in 2020. When we needed a new motor in 2022, Precision was our first and only call. We had a small issue with a wire that came loose. They came out and fixed it at no charge. Yesterday, I contacted them for a door tune-up. They came out today and finished before noon. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I could not be more pleased. Fast, efficient service. Juan quickly diagnosed the problem (motor died from old age) and soon had a new one up and running. At his suggestion, he also replaced the rubber liner along the bottom of the door with a thicker one, which eliminated some gaps and should help with my utility bills!
