Hi everyone, I'm blessed to be part of this great company. I'm a father of 2 girls and a lucky husband to an amazing wife. We attend church regularly and appreciate the blessings around us. I am family oriented and treat all my customers as such. I enjoy spending as much time as possible with the family in my personal time. 10/2/24 I couldn't get my garage door to open. I called Precision Garage Door and was told a technician could be out between 4:00-8:00pm. Juan contacted me around 2:30pm and said he was available to come then. He replaced the garage door opener and adjusted the springs on the garage door. He helped me install the Aladdin app on my phone and he went over the operation of the new equipment. I was very impressed with the service. I will be recommending Precision Garage Door.

We have used them a couple times and each time has been fantastic. I mean, it's never great to have to call somone out to fix something, because of the cost, but they are great. Very understanding and knowledgeable. This time it was a small job thankfully, but Juan acted like it was the most important thing. Talked me through everything and found a option that worked for our budget.

Tech came out within a few hours after calling to get someone to come out to check my garage door which was broken and I thought was going to fall on my car. Tech was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done to support the door to prevent the door from falling until my new door comes in and can be installed. The tech was very professional and personable.

Precision Garage Door is the BEST! We've had our door for several years and have been extremely happy with its looks and performance. When we needed a repair, they are quick to respond with friendly, professional, qualified, and courteous technicians. For instance, today we needed a repair. I called at around 9:30 a.m. and a technician arrived about an hour later and took care of our problem! Now that's service! Our technician was Juan. He was so nice and knowledgeable! Service rep arrived earlier than I was told. Did not have a new capacitor but took one off an older opener he had on truck. This solved the problem and was cheaper with a one year guarantee. I have used this company before for new springs and to do yearly service of the door. Have always been pleased with results
