I called Precision when is spring broke yesterday morning totally disabling the garage door. Juan the technician showed up the same day was very professional and did a great job evaluating what needed to be done and making a recommendation. He completed the repair in a timely manner and did a superior job.

Juan and Thomas were great. They came early which worked out better for me, and took time to ensure I received the products/options needed for a reasonable price. Installation went well and I was able to head out early for my Saturday errands. Josh was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. My only complaint about the company was that I was quoted a price over the phone that turned out to be only half the price of doing a thorough job (it's $89 for maintenance on the garage door, and then another $89 for maintenance on the motor -- it wasn't made clear that those are two different things).
