June 4, 2019, Rick the installer came on time at precisely 9 am. He called before he came and so very professional and courteous. Rick worked and cleaned as he installed the doors. Amazing. After the installation, Rick was patient enough to sync my car to the doors and show me how to change my password if need be. Thank you, Rick. Great doors, great company, and even greater employees.

I was planning on getting 3 quotes to replace my garge door, motor, and all other accessories. After a few short communications from Precision and a little information I was able to gather from the salesman about how Precision operates, I knew this was the company I was going to choose to handle the project. Before I even had the price I had a really good feeling that this was the one, of many projects I have going on, that I could leave to the professionals and not have to oversee. The price ended up being less than I was expecting, although I only have word of mouth to go on, since I canceled the other two appointments for estimates. As a small business owner, I spend a lot of time studying how other businesses operate. I am always analyzing the pros and cons of the way people conduct business. I just want to let you guys know that, in my opinion, your company is a perfect model for how any service company should look. And it goes without saying, the final install could not have went better.

I chose Precision because one year ago they came out to fix my door as an emergency situation. They could have taken advantage of me at that time, but they did not - they were honest, showed me what was wrong, and told me that my door would last about another year. Their information was accurate, so in due time I decided to use them to have the door replaced. They were prompt, not pushy, listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions, did what they said they would do for the price they quoted, and installed my garage door sooner than they said, and did an awesome job. I highly recommend this company.

I must say this company is a 1st class outfit. Jason (sales rep) called 30 minutes before coming over just like the sales operator said. Took time to talk and explain everything they were going to do and how long it would take. After agreeing on a new garage door I was contacted later that day to schedule a install the next week. On the day we agreed on, Rick (tech) called 30 minutes before coming just like they promised. Both of these representatives of this company were professional and friendly. It was a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Our technician was incredibly fast. In fact, another contractor was at our house at the same time doing another project and made the comment 'wow that garage door guy is flying'. Precision was recommended by a friend that used their services. I got three quotes and felt Precision was the best one. Although they made me aware of the higher priced options, I just didn't need them and they worked with me to put together a package that was a fit for me. The quote was clear, the timing for install was quick, and the install itself was very thorough and clean. The installer, Rick, was really good and very friendly. Great job!

Wow! This was the best home repair/install experience ever! From the sale (Orion) to the install (Rick), it was professional, friendly, and honest. We love the doors, especially how quiet they are! I selected Precision Doors to install new garage doors and openers. It took several phone calls to get an appointment scheduled. I received an email after submitting a request online for an appointment. However, no one ever called. The sales person that sold me my doors and openers was knowledgeable, and I had already visited their website, so I already knew the style and color I wanted. My installer did a great job. No issues with the installation. One of the features available on the garage door openers was WIFI enabled open/close from my smart phone. The installer was unfamiliar with the process for setting this up...so I had to call another installer and be talked through the process. This is more of a Company training issue than anything else.
