There were some minor mishaps when my doors were initially installed. When the correct panels came in the young man Fred, completed the service. Fred did an awesome job! Highly recommend! Had very old door and Jason helped me pick a beautiful new one. Makes the house look great and Jason was great to work with. No pressure just answered all my questions and guided me in my selection. Then great install by Scott. Needed a slight adjustment which was quickly scheduled and taken care of by George. Also forgot to mention Tina who was my first contact with Precision and answered numerous questions and provided information requested and assured me that Precision was the quality company I have found them to be. Love my new door!

I needed to replace a pair of 20+ year old wooden garage doors. We called Precision Door and they sent out a technician the same day. Jason took the time to listen to what we (my wife) wanted and provided several options making the process very easy. We placed our order and received an installation date. Everything went as scheduled. On the day of installation Scott showed up right on time and ready to go. It was clear Scott had many years of experience installing doors and gave us confidence we chose the right company. We did. The doors work perfectly and really improve the look of the house. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the entire staff at Precision Door. I needed my garage door repaired and your tech showed up on time and was completely knowledgeable. Never tried to "sell" me anything which I was so appreciative of. Quote was very reasonable and parts were ordered quickly. Service tech was great and repairs went smoothly. Office staff was great keeping me constantly appraised of the status of not only parts ordered but tech's timeframe as well. I couldn't recommend this company more. I'm giving our new garage door a 5 star rating, as we are very happy with the quality of the door and the installation. Scott had it all done very quickly - he's a pro. The door looks fantastic and it's so quiet you barely know it's moving. Our old door was so loud you could hear it throughout the house. The best upgrade we've made to the house yet.

What can I say about these guys except that they are Great! I have used Precision when a spring snapped and they were right there in a hurry. Another time one of my garage doors was sagging and they got there promptly and gave me a good price on upgrading the springs rollers and adding a strut to reinforce the door so it would not bind. This time my rental house heavy wood garage door burnt out the opener having to be extra tight on the budget but wanting the best I had Precision give a competitive bid for the job..... upon them quoting I gave them the job. On time, perfect install, clean and I am extremely happy with the service and the product. Happy New Year hope 2017 is a great one.....Keep doing what you do best! We recently transplanted to GA and the home we bought had a really old and outdated garage door and opener. After lengthy research, we found Precision Overhead doors to be our best choice so, I called and the courteous office staff sent Orion over to walk me through the process and products. I found what I wanted and Orion went to work finding everything we would need. He called me a short while later and told me he found a better opener for our needs AND it would save us a little money! On installation day, Scott Shaw called to let me know he was on his way....that's a plus in any busy persons book! Scott was very professional, polite and focused. He was done with the install in a couple of hours, he explained the entire system to me and cleaned up the garage, spotless. We are very impressed with the new equipment, the service provided and the price. Kudos to the entire Precision team for the perfect buying experience. We are happy with our decision to use Precision.
