Tim was very personable when he came to give us the estimate on a new garage door. He knew what he was talking about and explained everything about the differences between doors available and recommended what he believed was best for us and why. The installer arrived on time, and was very efficient. The door was installed quickly and without any problems. There was one minor item that was missing and another installer came the same day I called and fixed the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I could have not ask for a better experience with having my old garage doors completely replaced as well as all new hardware and electronic components that went with the doors. The gentleman who worked on my house made sure that the two replacement doors fit properly and removed all the debris from the old doors so I did not have to clean up a thing. He made sure that I was satisfied and went over everything that he did with me.

Outstanding customer service all the way! From the initial site visit thru the installation, my expectations were exceeded. Tim worked above and beyond to obtain the doors that we wanted and recommended openers that would provide speed and quiet operation. Scott did an outstanding installation of all 3 doors and openers in one afternoon. The installation went without any issues and there was no evidence of disturbance nor the old products. Everyone was professional and courteous. Great communications kept me up to date on the status of my order as well as scheduled appointments. We even received a follow-up call the next day to make sure everything was working properly and if we had any questions. Best positive experience we have had in a long time.

First class company with great owners and employees! The garage door was installed today, and I couldn't be happier. From the quote (which was lower than anyone else by hundreds) to the install, the experience was seamless. After two months of dealing with Comcast nightmares, today was a welcome departure from what appears to be the norm with most companies lately. I have already recommended them to two of my neighbors that are looking for a garage door company.
