Within minutes of calling Precision I had an appointment scheduled for the following morning. The Technician arrived on time, assessed the repair, provided a very fair estimate for the repair work and completed the repair. Precision installed a new garage door opener 3 years ago that we have been happy with. I remember also being pleased with the technician. This time we had a problem with a spring breaking. The technician suggested that the weight of the door called for a stronger torsion system since the system was 35 years old. He gave us 3 choices of systems. We weighed the difference and chose the 5 year warranty. It was a smooth installation, the technician was very pleasant, and did a good job. The garage door now is much quieter and works beautifully. We are very pleased.

I have had Precision Garage Door do work for me at a prior home. They did a great job that was a Tampa group when I lived in Florida. So I figured that you would do a similar job here. Sean Mooney kept me informed as to his arrival time which kept me in check not getting overly excited.
