Technician Sean Schelern called about thirty minutes ahead to say he was on his way and was very professional and courteous. I was actually considering replacing the twenty year old motor because the whole system was so noisy.Sean examined the door, the springs, the tracks and stated it just needed some maintenance.I also wanted a keypad on the outside of the door and he knocked both issues out in about thirty minutes. I spent a whole lot less than I was expecting and the door is now extremely quiet and I now have my outside keypad !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and very reasonable!!

I called and after a short time on hold I got an appointment the same day. Turns out, 15 minutes later a tech, Sean, showed up. The spring broke and he replaced it and was out of there in less than an hour. He educated me about the maintenance of a garage door as well. Great experience!

After two separate visits for two separate problems, both Shauns are exceptional as to knowledge, work and courtesy. This was a first visit for Michael and he also fits this category. Shawn and Mike were on time, courteous and efficient. They replaced virtually all moving parts, except opener. I opted for 7 year warranty covering parts and labor. A new door of comparable quality would have cost 3-4 times the repair cost so we opted for extreme reconditioning.

Wow.... I called at 7:30 a.m., and by 11:30a.m. the same day, our garage doors were repaired like new! Precisions employee was very courteous, professional and was meticulous with clean up. The best thing of all - we know we won't be calling them again while we live in this house. I googled the repair and material expenses and their quote was very competitive. I can't say much more about them since the experience was so short lived. :-)
