I have used Precision Doors before so when the motor finally died(after almost 30 years) I called Precision. They were able to schedule me that same day. The technician, Shannon, was very nice and was very informative. He explained my options and the cost. He pointed out a couple of things that he felt I should know…such as the garage door did not form a good seal at the bottom. I was very pleased with his work and how quickly he completed it.

I accidentally hit the garage door backing out and it wouldn't stay closed. Since we keep a lot of stuff in the garage it needed to be fixed quickly. So I went with the company that was glued to the door. Shannon Webster arrived within 24 hours and found that the door needed more maintenance than a minor repair. So far so good. I’m a PITA to deal with, so I’ve been told. I have a 70 year old garage door that has become hard to open, I contacted Precision for help. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. Shannon, the technician, arrived on time. He examined the door, ask several questions and took the time to explain what was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem. He was professional and personable. He also went over several options for replacement of the door. Unusual and refreshing in today’s time to have someone that will take the time to listen and explain all the options. I chose yall because my friend suggested you. Yall came out and told me I needed a couple things fixed. Examined my garage door opener and t old me I needed a new one for 842.00. The bill was going to be 1600. I realized I had a warranty so opener was removed. Came back and said I needed a long holder that cranks the door up. I was charged 300 for 10 wheels and then springs and then the pole, was 800+. What was interesting is a company came out and said there was nothing wrong with the opener just needed to be reset. It opens just fine now. Guy did great work, think this supervisor was getting him to hustle us. So beware.
