Today I experienced an issue with my garage door and had no clue what was going on. I called Precision to come out assess the situation and give me a quote for fixing the door. They immediately recognized the issue, and had all of the tools necessary for repair on hand to fix the issue right there on the spot. Shannon Webster was my technician, he talked me through the repair process and cost and got the door repaired in a timely fashion. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone that may be experiencing garage door issues.

Shannon the technician is great. Would have given 5stars, unfortunately the technician was held up on another job. Originally appointment was 8:00-10:00. Arrived at 2pm. He is courteous and knowledgeable. He is not at fault for having to take care of earlier customer. If necessary will use Precision Door again.

I chose yall because my friend suggested you. Yall came out and told me I needed a couple things fixed. Examined my garage door opener and t old me I needed a new one for 842.00. The bill was going to be 1600. I realized I had a warranty so opener was removed. Came back and said I needed a long holder that cranks the door up. I was charged 300 for 10 wheels and then springs and then the pole, was 800+. What was interesting is a company came out and said there was nothing wrong with the opener just needed to be reset. It opens just fine now. Guy did great work, think this supervisor was getting him to hustle us. So beware.

I choose Precision because my sister used you years ago and I have seen your advertisement on tv. This is my second time using you in three months. I have now had my both my garage door motors replaced. I have found the both experiences favorable. I was treated in a courteous, professional and prompt manner. Erica, the customer representative was extremely accommodating. Both technicians Joe and Shannon were knowledgeable and patient. They provided full explanations of the problem and what was needed to resolve the problem. They made suggestions for future repairs/maintenance. I very please with the results.
