I am originally from Charleston, SC. My wife and I moved to Atlanta in the summer of 2014 so I could work at the family business. I have been involved with the garage door business since early 2014, but have 10+ years of customer service and management experience in the automotive industry. When I am not working I enjoy playing ice hockey and basketball. My goal when providing a customer with a door estimate is to listen to their wants/needs concerning their next garage door, and help them pick out the right door for a fair price that meets their criteria. I want to ensure that our customer's garage door purchase and experience with us is as enjoyable as possible.

I want to thank you for being so flexible and having someone out to replace my door on Saturday. I made the desperate call on Friday and without hesitation you made sure that someone would be there on Saturday to take care of the situation. I know that Saturdays are difficult appointments to get, but you made it happen and I’m so grateful for your flexibility. I also want to give a HUGE thank you to Kyle (technician). He had such a friendly attitude and caring personality. I was surprised to see that he came alone to do this job, that I would’ve thought was a job for 2 technicians. I was concerned about my cars; however he took the door down with ease and no cars were harmed in the process. He was very clean and made sure that he picked up every single remnant from the job. I actually think that my garage was cleaner after he finished than when he started. I’m sure that I will not have to purchase another door as long as I live in the house; however I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to my friends. Thanks for an amazing experience!

I bought a vinyl backed insulated door with a window panel. The product was well constructed which I would expect. The best part of the equation was the people. Jacky who did the scheduling was great to work with and George the installer was fantastic. This was definitely not his first rodeo and he was an expert. I will recommend Precision Door to anyone I meet how is considering a new garage door.

I selected Precision based off their representation in the marketplace. They without a doubt exceeded my expectations.
