I am a Dacula, GA native and love the outdoors. You can always find me hunting and fishing during my free time. I also love to work on cars and trucks. I have 3 beautiful children. I enjoy spending time with them and sharing my loves for the outdoors, mechanical things, and even cooking! I enjoy working for Precision Door Service and am so glad to be able to use my mechanical abilities to fix things. I love a good challenge and solving problems. When I leave a job, I want my customers to be happy and know their door was installed correctly.

Great service! The repairman not only replaced both of our garage door springs, but lubed all the rollers, etc. and made sure that all of the nuts were tight on the door itself. He also adjusted the height of the open door. And all in about an hour. The door works so much better than before!

My garage door broke Saturday afternoon and I had absolutely NO idea how to fix it (even with the help of YouTube how-to videos)!! I called Precision Door Atlanta, as I had heard good things about them in the past. The receptionist was very nice and told me that she could have someone out the next day (Sunday!!). I was very happy, needless to say. The technician (Travis) called the next afternoon to confirm the appt and was at my house at the exact time he had mentioned. He was very informative and told me exactly what the problem was, what the options were, and how much it would cost. He did not try to force expensive alternatives on me, which I appreciated. He was extremely courteous and very efficient. Two hours later, I had a completely renovated garage door that worked perfectly. The cost was very reasonable. I really cannot say enough good things about Precision, but really I have to give all the credit to Travis. He was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire process that I would absolutely call Precision (and most certainly Travis) again without a second's hesitation. Thanks again for everything...you guys are the best!!!!

Travis P was awesome. I like the fact that I could read his bio and was able to see a pic before the tech arrived. He arrived before the scheduled window. He explained to me about the maintenance of my garage doors and at the same time showing me what to do and what to buy for proper maintenance.
