I am a Dacula, GA native and love the outdoors. You can always find me hunting and fishing during my free time. I also love to work on cars and trucks. I have 3 beautiful children. I enjoy spending time with them and sharing my loves for the outdoors, mechanical things, and even cooking! I enjoy working for Precision Door Service and am so glad to be able to use my mechanical abilities to fix things. I love a good challenge and solving problems. I was very pleased with the installation of my new opener. The product is very quite and works very well. Our technician, Travis was on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Needed new garage door opener installed. Service man, Travis, was running late because of rain and bad Atlanta traffic but kept us up to date via calls about timeline. I was very pleased with how quick Precision answered my requests and send Travis out the very same day. He was running late unexpectedly but called and informed me. He then came out as soon as possible and worked late into the evening to insure that my doors were repaired that day. He was very kind, knowledgeable, let me know what he did and did not advise I do. He also gave me great advise on how to maintain my doors and openers. I will highly reccomend Precision to any of my friends and family.

Travis came out to replace a broken cable. He found that problem as well as broken spring,door out of alignment,safety set screws were to far of the suggested settings which would not let the door stop when hitting an object.I called for the repair at 1P.M. and was surprised to get an appointment the same day.Travis arrived shortly before 3P.M.He knew what the problems were ,fixed them and was on his way by 5 P.M. It was very good fast service with a 5year warranty
