Prompt service call (2days), prompt repair for battery replacement (20minutes). Precision service was great. I should raise hell with LiftMaster for 'easily' directing me, in the Elite Series User Guide, to the cause of why I was hearing a ping every 30 seconds ... battery needed replacement ...
