I called on a Wednesday and got an appointment for the following Friday. Service Technician showed up up early Friday morning and swiftly and competently installed a mid range option which operates quieter and smoother in a little over an hour. Had a warranty issue with my door and service provider was here same day to evaluate and advise. Curtious and friendly techniction looked at the issue and within 30 minutes he told me Presicion has ordered a replacment panel that is covered by warrantly. Excellent service.

I chose Precision Door Atlanta because of estimate I was given over the phone. I thoroughly described what was broken and was given an estimate that was a little lower than three other companies I called. When the technician arrived he told me the price was over 3x what I was quoted. By the time I got the actual price it was too late for me to get the problem fixed by another company that day.

When foul weather took out the weather stripping on the bottom of our garage door, Precision was able to schedule me in quickly (they even gave me a same-day option). The tech was polite, knowledgeable, and acted as a true partner in the upkeep of my home. My issue was quickly resolved, and their warranty is real - since it was within three years of purchase and installation, I did not have to pay a cent. I would highly recommend Precision!

I am very pleased with Precision and highly recommend them for a great experience from start to finish. My daughter referred me to this company after they replaced her garage doors. Victor arrived immediately after my online self-scheduling. He diagnosed my various garage door problems — i.e., most all components were aged out. He presented three possible options with various levels of repair that would leave me operational. I appreciated his knowledge, experience and candor, so my choice became clear from talking further. I chose a complete replacement of both door opening systems, which would require several hours of work. Victor was able to complete it all that very same day. I thank him and Precision for such quiet and smooth running doors now! Excellent and caring service!
