Since I was able to open and close, I accepted the appointment. Repair tech was on time, friendly and made the repair at no cost to me. Glad I chose this company for my new door.

I purchased this door from Precision several months ago and I’m extremely pleased with it. My door opener didn’t reverse as its programmed to do and the door struck a ladder that I’d left in the opening. Derailed the door! Jeremiah repaired it quickly and it’s operating as it should again. Your technician was very presentable, courteous and knowledgable; you’re fortunate to have such an employee. The same can be said of the original installer. I’m extremely happy with your customer service and will be certain to pass your name along to my friends and neighbors.

Very disappointed that we have a problem so soon after install, this maybe unusual, will give it some time but I cannot fully endorse at this time.

Great customer service. We called and, they came out the next morning at 10am. Our technician called to let us know he was on the way and gave us an ETA of 30 minutes. He arrived on time and inspected our door issues. He gave us an estimate for 2 repair options. We choose the option that we felt was the best solution. He got to work on the repair immediately. Job took about 30 minutes and we were very happy with the quality of the service and product. We would definitely recommend this company.

Jeremiah came out today for a problem on one of our garage doors. This is the 3rd time we have used Precision. They are responsive, professional, communicate on their arrival time and they know what they are doing. Jeremiah was very experienced and gave me several helpful hints as well and was very through in solving the problem. I hope I do not have another problem but if I do I will certain call Precision again.
