My technician, Jeremy was absolutely AMAZING!! I could not have asked for a better experience. As a first-time home buyer of a new construction, I was extremely apprehensive about hiring companies to do work at my home because I didn't want to be taken advantage of financially. Jeremy eased those concerns almost immediately. He demonstrated integrity and was forthcoming. He aswered all of my questions thoroughly and ensured I recieved the highest quality products at the rate we discussed, additionally, he apllied the discounts to my purchase that I qualified for. I was very pleased with the tech’s expertise. After weighing my very heavy wooden door he replaced my broken 28 inch torsion springs with a much strongEr pair of 39 inch coated. He replaced both sets of cables since one side was visibly frayed. He straightened out my slightly bent tracks and also reset my external keypad....I had owned the house for three years and had never been able to figure out how to do it. I was pleased that the truck was stocked with all the needed springs, cables, etc and was able to diagnose and complete the job in the same visit. I would highly recommend this company!

Roy arrived in a timely fashion. He was very polite and professional. Roy was very patient and explained the diagnosis and process with clarity. He represented the company with high standards and did not try to fast talk me. Roy allowed me to ask questions and did not pressure me into making a decision. Compared to the last company who serviced my garage door and left a messy trap, Precision did the job with compassion while guaranteeing the quality of their products and work. I was allowed to test my garage door before Roy left my home and he ensured everything was operational and left me the company’s contact information in case of further questions. I am very pleased with the service provided.

The work performed by the technician was great, however I was charged double the amount of what it should have been! Very disappointed.

Our technician did a full torsion conversion which includes 3 bearings, a torsion tube, drums, cables and labor. Great service all around. Called at 9am, they showed up at 10:30am, job (on two doors!) was done at 11:30am. Victor was prompt, professional and explained scope of job and assessment of our door/lift quite clearly. 10/10 would garage-door again

Today we had maintenance done on our garage door and a new garage door opener installed. Sean called before arriving and asked if he could come earlier than the appointment time. That was great! He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent and professional customer service. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our garage door and afterwards gave us a detailed description of the maintenance options and costs before beginning to work on the door. He worked quickly and efficiently. After repairs and installation he went over all the repairs he made and demonstrated how to use our new garage door opener. His work looked very clean and neat. We especially appreciated that he used a mask and gloves and sprayed all the areas that he touched with a disinfectant. Overall it was a excellent experience.
