Today's visit was a follow up issue but he came out quickly, figured out the problem and fixed it without any issues. It was an issue we probably could've figured out ourselves but at no time did he make us feel stupid for not knowing. This is our 2nd time working with Precision and it's been 5 star each time. Excellent service by my technician. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way, was prompt, courteous and followed COVID-19 safety precautions. My old garage door opener was over 20 years old, I was long overdue for a replacement. Even tho I selected the cheapest model, I’m pleased with the features (wifi, etc) and how quiet the motor is.

I called Precision door to have a technician come and help me with my digital key pad that the home builder installed for me. Precision sent Kris Baxter to assist me. When Kris arrived he was so professional and courteous. He realized immediately that the builder installed the wrong key pad and that the installation of the garage was not good quality work. I was very upset with the builder being I have just been in my brand new home 30 days. I learned more about my garage from Kris than the superintendent who walked me through my home. While Kris was at my home I was able to get the superintendent to come by my home and Kris explained to him all the issues that were incorrect. The home builder stated it was under warranty and they would correct everything. I know garage doors dont last forever but going foward when my warranty expires I will only call Precision door to provide maintenance and or replacement. I will certainly tell all my neighbors about Precision door and to highly request Kris for their technician. Kris exhibited a level of old school customer service that you just dont see anymore. I was so pleased with his outstanding customer service and I hope he gets nominated for employee of the year. He certainly is an asset to Precision Door.

Diana, We are sorry you had a bad experience with Dustin. I understand from talking with my staff that your bad experience had more to do with the finance company than with Precision. Please understand that Precision facilitates the Finance company for our customers to utilize but has no authorization to call on your behalf. The finance company has changed their procedures on how they approve transactions and we were not aware of the situation that you were having until after you called our main office. Please accept our apologies on their behalf and we hope to be able to earn your business in the future.
