With the awards & Trust Dale certification, I felt that Precision would do the job correct. From the moment I called, I felt comfortable talking with the dispatcher. She said the tech would call me before arrival. She set his arrival between 10am-2pm. Roy called me at 9:43 am,to give let me know that he was on the way. I asked him to call me back when he was closer, so that I may put my dog away. He said no problem and called when he was closer. When he arrived, we chatted for a little bit about life as he assessed the issue. He told me exactly what the problem was and he is very knowledgeable! He gave me his recommendations to repair the door and gave me the information needed to make an informed decision. Roy is the epitome of customer service! I felt like I was talking to a friend as he performed the job on my door. Upon completion, he cleaned up the area and even installed a new string on my disconnect because the other one was filthy from the grease of the spring. I see why they have the awards and the certification!

Total waste of my time. The model I have was given at the time the appointment was made, but was told by technician your company does not work on Guardian openers.

We apologize your time was wasted but that was certainly not our intent. We did go back and listen to the call (as all calls are recorded) and you did inform the call center that you had a Guardian opener and she went ahead and scheduled the appointment. We have informed the call center that we do not have access to Guardian opener products as there are no distribution centers for them in the Atlanta area. You will need to call your original installer to see if they still carry this brand, as it may be your only option for repair. We apologize for any inconvenience and should you need any garage door service in the future, we would be happy to help.

I would like to begin by saying I contacted Precision Door in the middle of the night when the spring on my garage door snapped. I couldn’t believe how fast I was able to chat with someone. Before I knew it, I had an appointment for the next morning. Dustin Bourchier was the tech that came out. Dustin was extremely professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He did an awesome job. I would recommend both Precision Door and Dustin to anyone who needs work done. Thank you for your prompt and professional service especially in these trying times!!

I called precision door after i attempted to contact my formwr service provider 3 times and never received a response. I say former because Precision has definitely gained a new customer. Their response was extremely quick After calling precision, i received an email and phone confirmation and a technician came to my residence and had my garage door fixed all within less than 3 hours of my initial call. David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and even gave recommendations to ensure i properly maintained my garage door. I will definitelY return for any of my service needs and recommend to my friends.

Excellent service & very professional technician, Victor. He was very thorough on inspection of both garage doors. Specific requirement was to replace garage door remote which he did on the spot. He also provided estimates on options to be considered on future needs of equipment due to age. Only concern was the price of the new remote, which I consider excessive-$79 for remote + $99 for programming it which took a max of 30 seconds. I will still seriously consider Precision for future business.

Extremely bad sales tactics - just be open and recommend what is really required and a reasonable price than asking to negotiate! Also similar to car sales tactics, he wanted me to take decision immediately. I was quoted $1900 to do repairs and around $2600 to replace doors! When I mentioned that since the price was high for repairs, I would prefer to do some research and decide in couple of days tech person got angry and just took off. Hope this was just the specific person...
