Our neighbor website recommend Precision, My garage door required repairs, the service tech arrived when promised. He also took the time to explained ever option we had to fix the garage door. As he was fixing the door he explained ever step. I am very pleased with the service and especially with the service tech, if we require more repairs I will be calling them back and requesting the same service tech.

These guys are great. Came out and fixed my garage door very quickly. The service tech was extremely professional and presented me with several repair options and didn’t go a cent over the quote. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Precision has always done a good job for us, and this time was no exception. We were able to get an appointment very quickly and they arrived promptly, with a courtesy call shortly prior to arrival. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing, what the cost of each option would be, and got the door working nicely.

Great customer service. We called and, they came out the next morning at 10am. Our technician called to let us know he was on the way and gave us an ETA of 30 minutes. He arrived on time and inspected our door issues. He gave us an estimate for 2 repair options. We choose the option that we felt was the best solution. He got to work on the repair immediately. Job took about 30 minutes and we were very happy with the quality of the service and product. We would definitely recommend this company.

Great service and very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them to everybody! O’ryan was the gentleman who came out for the estimate. He talked through everything with me and made it an easy process. I had to switch my install time and Carlos got me switched and offered additional times after I rescheduled just to see if another time fit my schedule better. The guys who did the instal were quick and called me before they arrived. Great experience!! Overall 10/10.

The website was easy to find everything. The online chat answered all of our questions and set up the appointment. The service tech arrived on time. Explain what needed to be done to the garage door to make it work correctly. He was very friend and wasnt overbearing with his recommendations.

5 star rating well deserved for excellent service. Called at 7 PM last night for service because garage door fell off track on one side of double garage door. Was given appointment for 8-10 AM today. Joe was right on time, told me exactly what was wrong, and had it repaired within 30 minutes. Bravo for his manner, knowledge and work ethic. Will highly recommend to neighbors.
