Garage door was inop, called Precision, they.sent out Kris Baxley next day. Was knowledgeable gave me an estimate was very reasonable and did all the work. Kristopher was very meticulous, did excellent work and explained everything in detail. Was very happy with his service. Would definitely recommend them to friends and will use them for my maintenance and all repairs. Excellent five star service.

I choose Precision because of the commercials. The service Joshua gave was impeccable, he explained what needed to be done . I was even more relieved that I didn't have to wait all day, he was here within 30 minutes of me calling and requesting service.

Called Precision late on Friday night after my garage springs broke. They were very polite and quickly gave me an appointment for Saturday. Shaun came on time and was very nice. Explained everything thoroughly and gave me several options of repairs. Work was done efficiently. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend Precision!

Ryn who was my repair technician did a excellent job. The service was great and he was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He was quick and efficient and I am glad I chose Precision! He replaced my drums, cables and springs. As we as fixed the gap at the top of my door and replaced the weather strip. I am completely satisfied with the work and thanks for the wonderful service. You will be my go to company whenever I don't feel like doing g the work.

Technician called to let me know he was on the way. Joe arrived as promised and explained the difference in models. I choose the one that best suited our needs. Joe immediately went to work installing the new opener and keypad. Did a basic maintenance package that was offered for an additional cost. Joe explained all features and made sure I knew how everything worked. He also explained their warranty in case of any issues. From start to finish Joe completed the installation and removed the old unit in a reasonable amount of time. Very professional and excellent customer service by the technician. Cost was a bit higher than I expected but, unit is obviously a higher quality product than the standard lower cost and quality unit we previously had. We’re very satisfied with both the opener and service.

We choose Precision based on advertising and good reviews. The process was seamless...from time in the showroom, to the person who came out to take measurements, to the young men who came out yesterday for the installation. The installation took about 2 1/2 hours, including the take down of the old door. Both young men were professional, courteous, answered all of my questions and made sure everything was working, as well as wiping the door down before leaving. Very pleased and would highly recommend Precision Door of Atlanta!
