Saturday morning a spring broke on a double door of our garage with vehicles inside. Unable to lift the double door with vehicles inside. Uh OH! Contacted Precision and was advised that a technician could be here late afternoon. Technician Ken arrived, diagnosed our problem, checked out other issues not noticed by us on both doors, one double and one single. Needed repairs completed Saturday evening as "we were in trouble mode". Ken was very competent, communicated extremely well and presented several options for us to consider. We were very relieved that our issues could be resolved (Saturday service) and are extremely happy with the quality of work at what we considered a fair price. Ken programmed our vehicles and the outside unit which we considered a bonus. Everything works like it was supposed to!!! A pleasant surprise today.

Good morning to the owner of precision, I appreciate the technician who came out on an emergency a week ago. I went with your company due to Overhead door company didn't respect me as a customer. the system they installed in my garage didn't last three years. I must say this is a new house. I am still waiting for your company to return to complete my other installment. I was to receive a call to schedule the second installment. it seems Precision has drop the ball . No return call in a week. I have paid you for this product, but no action. Are this company the same as Overhead Door. Please reply ASAP Thanks, Mr. Billingslea

Had an emergency of my door getting stuck and off the track. Called and was able to get a same day appt. Technician showed up early and did a thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. Dustin was able to complete all repairs in about an hour and everything is as good as new. Will definitely keep you guys on my phone for any future issues. If you are having trouble with your garage door, definitely give Precision Door Services a call.

Wow I was impressed! The first guy came out the same day but the door was more industrial than he had planned so he had someone set up and be there at 8 am the next morning. Fixed in no time, looks great, now its safe and I thought the price was very honest and fair.

Our garage door was not able to be closed on a Saturday morning and it was easy to schedule an appointment with Precision. John Ferreira came slightly earlier than the appointment time which was great. He inspected the garage door, found the builder grade springs were broken and discussed the options with me. He was very thorough, professional and friendly and helped to replace the spring systems with a better warranty and adjusted the guide rails to make it operate smoothly. I've also asked him to replace a belt drive garage door opener with wi-fi access and it is operating quietly now. I would recommend John and Precision to anyone who needs the garage door services. Thank you John.

Jeremy was absolutely fantastic in every way. He explained all repairs in depth and explained all of my options. He never tried to upsale me, but just told me the options available to me.
