Had a Liftmaster system and doors installed on a new home. Not only was the initial installation great but a little over 1 year the door stopped working. They were nice enough to cover it under warranty and we really appreciate it! Great Service by Joe also! Very nice and informative!

You must use Precision for your garage door service. Made an appointment and was serviced the same day. Shaun knows his stuff and made all the right recommendations to get us exactly what we needed. A garage door doesn’t last forever, and after 20 years ours needed many new parts! DONE and finishes in an hour. Quiet and Smooth. Happy Anniversary to my wife! Ha.

What a great experience! My door opener went out yesterday evening. I called Precision the next morning and Adam ( Service Tech ) came to my house same day by 1pm. He was very professional and told me what I needed and installed a new opener, springs, and cables. He checked door over for me from top to bottom and did a fantastic job ! Precision Doors earned 5 stars all around! After researching door companies, your ratings, awards and reviews, we made the call to replace our over 40 year old wood doors. Orion Smith came out a few days later, took measurements, answered all questions, and gave a fair estimate which included everything, nothing hidden. A few days later, we visited the Norcross garage door showroom. This really helped to see the different door styles up close. Tina Bullock walked us through the showroom and pasted several door designs on our house photos. We made the custom order, and doors were installed about 3 weeks later. Your door installer, Senior Technician Tyler Walsh did an OUTSTANDING job. I know he's installed and worked on hundreds, maybe thousands of doors, and it shows. I too am a technician, and I observed and chatted while he worked, He is a true professional. He was very organized, very courteous, answered any questions, confirmed all door operations, and left no dust behind. We have a corner home, and were very pleased with the "new look". Dustin Bourchier came out to replace my garage door opener, he was the nicest, most polite and courteous guy I could have encountered. He called me when he was on the way and was there when he said he would be. He answered all my questions and programmed my car for me. I felt completely comfortable and confident in him and his work. I called on Friday and they sent Dustin out on Saturday, just like I asked. I will continue to call Precision any time I have an issue with my garage door. Thank you Dustin for such great service and for being such a great guy!

Tommy was professional and courteous, and he worked quickly. He was there when he said he would be, and he gave me options without a hard-sell. I mean, my garage door opens and closes now, so I'd say I'm happy with the work. The only things that would have made it 5 stars instead of 4 are: 1) I would have liked a "same-day" appointment like it advertised on the web site, and 2) Tommy noticed some other things that needed replacing while he was doing his inspection, and those repairs (if I had opted to have them done) drove the price up by more than 4 times the original price quoted. If changing the springs had only been an extra $100 or so, I would have opted to have that done, as well. I thought an extra $300 was a lot of money to ask to change out the springs and pulleys since he was already out there replacing the lift cords.

I feel that this fellow was a scam artist. He used High pressure tactics. He just wouldn't take that I could not purchase something, that he wanted me to purchase today. He wanted to replace the springs; the motor, and then he wanted another $125, for a service call, to tighten the screws that were apparently coming loose. He said he would take a post dated check (3 or 4 times); that I wouldn't get this good a deal any other day; that we can do it all while I'm here now. I had to say, an excessive amount of time: I can't do it today; I don't have the money; I have a check coming next week, I will call you then; I have a termite guy coming today that I need to have money for him (which was absolutely true). He brought out the box, thinking that I would change my mind, if he showed me the box. He first wanted to replace a whole panel. When I asked him if he could just replace the door with a new rail and rubber, he said no. Until, he called someone, and then it became acceptable to do that. This is why I don't like calling a strange company from an advertisement- someone I don't know. I will not call your company back now, after the fellow got me so aggravated. I turned from starting to like the fellow at first to total dislike. He had all of the indicia of high pressure sales techniques. If this is how your company operates, you will not get any recommendation from me.

June 4, 2019, Rick the installer came on time at precisely 9 am. He called before he came and so very professional and courteous. Rick worked and cleaned as he installed the doors. Amazing. After the installation, Rick was patient enough to sync my car to the doors and show me how to change my password if need be. Thank you, Rick. Great doors, great company, and even greater employees.

Brandon Seligman was awesome. He called before he came during the allotted time slot that was originally quoted to us. He was pleasant, professional and thorough explained what the issue with our garage door was. Although the cost to us was more than what we had hoped to have to come out of pocket for since we have a home warranty, he did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied customers, fixed the issue and made suggestions about potential repairs in the future. I really appreciated that and would definitely refer others to Brandon.
