I've used these guys twice - once for a couple of springs and recently for a new opener. Everyone at the company is polite and easy to work with - they offer very timely service - they can be quite flexible if needed - they are honest and straight-up with you - offering options and explaining each very well. On Friday, May 4th Ed Davis & Roy came to check out what turned out to be a minor with my garage door. The called to let me know they were on their which was exactly what I had requested. While here I asked that they check out garage door completely which they did and then I asked them to make repairs to make sure it was in good working order for the future which could prevent problems later. I appreciate their concern and thoroughness taken to help me. Thanks to you all. (Had advertisement on for several years in case I needed it-saw in Henry Co. coupons where you advertise).

Josh called ahead as I was notified he would and arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem as being a defective opener. Made suggestions on several options and showed he was very knowledgeable. Installed of new opener went without an issues and all back operating properly. Josh is very professional and efficient. Will ask for him should additional services be needed. I am expecting this not to be needed for quite awhile. Thanks.

Great company, used them before. Called on Sat morning and Mike Powell arrived about two hours later and fixed our garage door problem. He arrived when they said he would and was very professional, pleasant and fixed the issue. This company goes out of there way to take care of customers with a garage door problem, where other companies that I called ,put you off for 2to3 days

Unfortunately our garage door stopped functioning due to multiple parts being damaged. Within 30 minutes of calling Precision, Michael Ottosen (Technician) had come to our house, assessed our garage door damage and created an estimate. After realizing that it would take several weeks for the parts to arrive, Michael took the time to repair the door to best of his ability and make sure that it safely closed. I highly recommend Precision if you seek timely, thoughtful, cost-effective and professional service.

Michael was very professional, explained every detail and showed the problems. Very thoughtful and helped me save money. (he gave me the "rebuilt package" which included replacing all moving parts) for one price. They even came out to Dacula... I had a spring break and based off reviews I chose Precision. The tech gave me several options on pricing and although a bit much for all in repair, I chose just to replace the spring and I do feel the tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable and he did a great job.

Recently I had my new garage door opener installed. The install went well, but after a short period of time the garage door was not opening smoothly. I made a call to Precision Door and scheduled an appointment with Amber, she provided great customer service The Technician assigned was Jeremiah. On the day of the appointment Jeremiah was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He immediately found the issues and corrected. Please note that the issues found were not a result from the installation. Jeremiah took time to educate me on how properly maintain my garage door. Great job, thank you!!

Kevin came by, today, to investigate why our old (>20 years) garage door opener was no longer able to pull our door up. As it turns out, there was a part that was stripped that needed to be replaced. Rather than taking advantage and merely suggesting that we replace the entire garage door opener, he quoted us a price for replacing the defective part. I had suspected that the part was stripped before calling Precision, but had already decided that replacing our very old opener was the best course of action. So, I was impressed with Kevin's honesty and the fact that he didn't immediately try to up-sell us on something that we didn't actually need, even though no one would've argued with him that the opener probably needed to be replaced, soon. Kevin replaced the entire opener in a very timely manner (less than 1.5 hours) and took time to explain the safety features and operation of the opener. It was very reasonably priced, and I can't believe how much quieter our garage door opens, now. I highly recommend Tim's team at Precision!
