Tim was on time! Great 1st impression in todays world!! He was very knowledgeable about the process and explained what he was going to do in laymen terms. Handled the repairs in a timely manner. Roy was fantastic! Showed up on time and was very professional. He advised installing a new garage door opener as our unit was 14 yrs. old. There was no high pressure sales, just an easy going personality offering a solid suggestion to which I agreed. He promptly went to work and had the new unit installed, operational with instructions and coded in no time. I was very pleased with his work as I was in 2015 when your company serviced our garage doors. I will definitely call upon you again if and when the other door fails. Thanks.

Hi...I purchased a new garage door opener with install in June of this year. I noticed that the opening lights were not working. I called more than one time asking if I needed to install light bulbs and what size. Your call center, the first time appeared confused and said that they would have someone contact me. No one ever did. I called again and the person said they would have to schedule an appointment. Today Jeremiah came out and politely said that all I needed were light bulbs and that the first installer should have mentioned that light bulbs did not come with the install. It was a waste of Jeremiah's and my time to simply be told that I needed light bulbs. I did have the light bulbs and he installed them for me. Thank you Jeremiah. I recommend that in the future your installers inform buyers about the light bulb issue and have your support be better trained. Thank you for your time.

Absolutely fabulous experience. I would highly recommend. Brandon was our Sales/Tech rep and he had me sold in 5 minutes simply due to his personality and honesty. He identified the problem with the garage unit, provided options and associated costs. At no time did I feel pressured to buy or upgrade. He completed the new unit within time frame he stated. After completion, he walked me through what he changed. Brandon made the whole experience, seriously, a pleasant one.

Our experience with Precision Door was excellent. The salesman Orion was very thorough and followed up to see if I had any additional questions. Something a competitor failed to do. The installation was perfect and the installer Jeff was very knowledgeable and once again thorough and detail oriented. The doors are beautiful and Precision was excellent to work with.

My garage door has fallen apart and could not be fixed and was partially open at the top and bottom. I contacted precision door atlanta. Tina bullock came and was through from taking measurements to showing door samples. She kept in contact throughout the process. In less than a week my installation was complete. I was notified when the installer was on his way. He arrived on time. The door installation and clean up was completed in a timely fashion a timely fashion.i would definitely recommend Precision Door Atlayw.

I recently had a new garage door installed and the technician, Tyler, was very professional and knowledgeable. He left the garage in tip-top shape after the installation. He explained to me everything I needed to know in regards to my new door. I love how much quieter this door is compared to my previous garage door. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of a garage door.
