I selected Precision Doors to install new garage doors and openers. It took several phone calls to get an appointment scheduled. I received an email after submitting a request online for an appointment. However, no one ever called. The sales person that sold me my doors and openers was knowledgeable, and I had already visited their website, so I already knew the style and color I wanted. My installer did a great job. No issues with the installation. One of the features available on the garage door openers was WIFI enabled open/close from my smart phone. The installer was unfamiliar with the process for setting this up...so I had to call another installer and be talked through the process. This is more of a Company training issue than anything else.

I'm giving our new garage door a 5 star rating, as we are very happy with the quality of the door and the installation. Scott had it all done very quickly - he's a pro. The door looks fantastic and it's so quiet you barely know it's moving. Our old door was so loud you could hear it throughout the house. The best upgrade we've made to the house yet.

Called Precision Door Atlanta to repair one of the garage doors at one of our properties. I was a bit skeptical at first as this was our first time using them...and it will not be the last! Wow!!! Great experience. I had a garage door that would not close properly. I called at 9 am for a repair. The office said they would be out between 10am and 2pm. At 10:04, one hour after the first call, Edward Davis was at my house. Very nice and professional young man. He explained all the options and prices. He said it would take a couple of hours. There were problems with the old opener and the door also and it actually took much longer. The price did not change. He installed new openers, new rollers and control panels. This is without doubt the quietest garage door I have ever seen. I feel I actually got more than I bargained for. I could not happier with the work or with the professionalism of Edward, the installer, and the company. I highly recommend them if you are in need of garage door repair.

I was incredibly impressed with your company! I had paid another company to come out and they never got back to me. I contacted Precision and someone came out within 1 day and installed a new garage door opener. The one I wanted was not on the installers truck so after a quick call he upgraded the opener for the same price as the one I could afford.
