It was so easy to get in touch with Precision even on a Sunday. Best part is that we were able to get the broken spring replaced and the rest of the system inspected for continued use without further issues. Dustin and Willie were very professional, friendly and got the job handled. Great Service!

I really enjoyed Mr Ryan Hudson! He was very professional when calling me to let me know he was on the way. Upon arriving he immediately found the problem and was done less then 30 mins. He even took the time out to show me how to pair my garage door to my wi-fi via the app. I will definitely recommend Mr Ryan Hudson for your garage repair needs.

The Technician came prepared to fix my issue not just do and estimate. He had the right replacement spring and tools and went to work. Joe was finished in under an hour and and everything worked as it should. Joe gave instructions to maintain the spring and other parts. Scott came by to recommend a solution about a garage door motor because ours was old and was having issues opening our current door. When he left, we were extremely satisfied with the service and the products that he installed. He arrived on time and installed the recommended motor in about two hours. Not only did he install the motor but he tuned up all of the tracks and wires, installed a keypad, and set up our vehicles and iPhones for connection. Then after he was finished he offered to make a few modifications to our garage door to make it lighter and last longer. Fantastic job all around and worth every penny.

This the second time I used Precision. The second was as just great as the first time. Corey was my technician great guy very helpful and very patient. They were prompt on returning calls and they were polite and concerned. I thought their pricing was very reasonable and in line with the other garage door companies in town. I highly recommend Precision there are to many others out there but there not Precision.
