What can I say about these guys except that they are Great! I have used Precision when a spring snapped and they were right there in a hurry. Another time one of my garage doors was sagging and they got there promptly and gave me a good price on upgrading the springs rollers and adding a strut to reinforce the door so it would not bind. This time my rental house heavy wood garage door burnt out the opener having to be extra tight on the budget but wanting the best I had Precision give a competitive bid for the job..... upon them quoting I gave them the job. On time, perfect install, clean and I am extremely happy with the service and the product. Happy New Year hope 2017 is a great one.....Keep doing what you do best! I was surprised this morning with garage door failing which required me to get help quickly. I was told a technician would arrive between 12Noon and 4pm. I was pleasantly surprised when Shaun Sewell arrived in only 20 minutes. Due to the spring and cable failing on one door and discovering that the rollers were all corroded, I had all cables, rollers, pulleys and new mounting brackets installed. The work was efficient, accurate, focused and results were excellent restoring both doors to optimum performance. Shaun knew his process and all products well. I have full confidence in calling on him again for follow-up projects.

Wow what an incredible experience! I found this company using Google at some late hour of night on Monday and they looked great, so I used the chat function but really wasn't expecting anyone to be available to talk. Well I was wrong! I received a response immediately and I was able to set up an appointment for Wednesday between 11am and 2pm with a promise that I'd receive a call when the technician was on his way. We've all heard this before, only to have to sit around waiting, and then the person may call at 1:45pm saying they're almost there, which means you've wasted almost 4 hours waiting, when you could've been doing something else. Well Tim called me about 10:15am, said he was on his way but a distance out yet, he'd be here approximately 11:30! He arrived on time, told me what needed to be done, gave my estimate, which was very reasonable and less than expected, and set up for my door to go up the next day! I received a call confirmation & 2 email confirmations. The next day Rick called me when he was on his way, he put up my door, did a fantastic job and this was the best Christmas gift EVER. The level of customer service was extraordinary, from beginning to end. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know. They are simply awesome!
