You guys did some work for my son-in-lawi in Snellville and I called him first. He gave me your info and I called you and within five minutes or so, your technician arrived. My technician, Aaron arrived in about five minutes or so and went to work right away. Aaron did a great job installing a new motor and all the fixings that goes with it and now my door is working great and a lot quieter than before. Thanks Precision and many thanks to Aaron, he did a great job!

I chose Precision Door Atlanta because of estimate I was given over the phone. I thoroughly described what was broken and was given an estimate that was a little lower than three other companies I called. When the technician arrived he told me the price was over 3x what I was quoted. By the time I got the actual price it was too late for me to get the problem fixed by another company that day.

helpful and knowledgeable tech. though felt somewhat fleeced. it’s on me. i agreed to a price. work was done in like 30 mins. i thought it was a much much more involved repair. had i known it was that quick of a fix with very minimal part costs i would have most definitely got other quotes.

I chose Precision because they did a great job servicing our door last year. When it started acting up recently, I called and got an appt right away. It turned out to be a very minor "owner inflicted" problem and they didn't even charge me for the service call. The tech was very nice and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I went online to find an garage door opener installer, and Precision is the first one to come up, so I decided to call and get an estimate, the person was so nice and helpful, I decided go with them, 2 days later they came out to put the opener on, the guy was so nice and helpful, he fixed any problems we had, he had my opener put up in no time at all.

When foul weather took out the weather stripping on the bottom of our garage door, Precision was able to schedule me in quickly (they even gave me a same-day option). The tech was polite, knowledgeable, and acted as a true partner in the upkeep of my home. My issue was quickly resolved, and their warranty is real - since it was within three years of purchase and installation, I did not have to pay a cent. I would highly recommend Precision!

This review is for the Sales Process as I have not yet had the “service” part of relationship. I typically hate the sales part because folks can be pushy and/or deceptive. My sales rep was JackGarnham. He was a great representative of this company. From the moment he got out of his truck he was focused on the uniqueness of my driveway and Garage. He took the extra time to ensure that he fully understood all of the challenges associated with a successful project. He was curious, intelligent, and kind! It is my hope that the install part of the project will be just as satisfying…Jack set a very high bar!
