The tech was on time for the job. I believe that he was being honest about my garage door and his work. However, I was a little disappointed with the cost, but not surprised that it would be more, but not 6x more! Based on the television commercial, I was under the impression that it would be a $29 tune up special. Oh, by the way, why’s William bio isn’t on your website?

At first I thought the pricing was high, because I have had this unit replaced and worked on twice since the replacement two years ago. William took the time to show and explain to me what was wrong not with just the opener unit but also the door itself. So I asked him to fix it all so,I wouldn’t have someone out here every 6 months. Just to note, this is the first time I have called Precision. So William did his thing. Replacing all the old rollers with updated rollers made of better materials, fixed some hinges, lubricated all the rollers, hinges and chain in addition to the new drive unit. I am glad that William told me about the condition and the options to repair. Before my neighbors down the street could hear my door opening. Now I can hardly hear it standing in the garage. It has a soft quiet opening and a soft quiet close. I am very satisfied with what I have now and the price was worth knowing that it is sound and secure and quiet. Robert D. Luttrell

Being able to book online over the weekend and have the operator contact me and tell me he could even come earlier than expected, which worked out perfectly. Chris was the name of the operator that came out, he was very friendly personable knowledge addressed the issue that needed to be addressed presented me with payment options And variety of services. It was a little bit more expensive than I anticipated, but it needed to be fixed and I was satisfied with his knowledge base and ability to correct the problem. I would highly recommend them.

Our door stuck partially open on a Saturday afternoon. I called and they had someone out Sunday and he was able to even come earlier than scheduled time. He fixed our door in a couple hours and could not have been better. Explained reverting that was worn, what should be replaced and what was still good. Door is tons smoother and quieter now!

Good experience had technical support out three times. One to install door opener another to identify noise when opening door. That's when it was determined that a new door was needed . Ordered door and less than two door was installed. All three workers were polite and professional you should be proud of your staff.

I had a new garage door installed about two and a half years ago from Precision.Door Service. I have been very satisfied with the level of service and the product as well. Recently my door would not close on its own and I checked the sensors and could not figure out the issue. I called Precision Door again, Aaron arrived within the hour to my house, and within minutes he diagnosed the problem and replaced my sensors. My garage door is the original (1997) from when the house was built. Great service Aaron, and very professional as well.
