The spring on my garage door broke, and I shop around for service and price.... When I seen the precision gathering door truck pass me on the road... I thought I would give them a call.... When I called... What I was expecting was a cold methodical voice on the end... But what I received was a delight, happy and welcomed tone... Someone actually listening to my problem.... and had someone call me back within a few minutes and we set up an appointment... I had to cancel the first appointment..... But the second appointment time worked well..... When the technician called.. He was very Professional....... Arrived early.... Great.... The technician performed a pre-inspection of the garage door.... Made recommendations and suggested some up grades...... Prior to performing any work... The technician explained every aspect of the problems he noticed and explained in detail how he would correct the problem...... GREAT... I wanted additional service such as remote entry keypad and a quieter lift system.... The technician responded he can take care of all those inquiries and recommend the upgrades to those services.... The cost was very reasonable and the work was performed all in one visit....the technician had the equipment on the truck.... and that made everything to go great... all the work was done in a very professional manner.... By far this was the best technician(Edward Davis) and company.... to work on my garage door system..... The service was OUTSTANDING.......

I had an old spring that broke replaced, as well as the rollers and center bearing plate. Davin was the technician who provided the service. I was impressed with his knowledge regarding the service, as well as his professionalism. While this is the first time I've had to have any garage door service, I am very pleased with both the cost and quality of service. I will certainly use Precision of Atlanta in the future and would be happy to recommend to anyone in need of this type of service.

Davin knew what the problem was from his experience and offered two options to get it working again. When he finished with the installation, he made sure we understood all the new features and how everything operates. We are completely pleased and would not consider calling anyone else.

We recently transplanted to GA and the home we bought had a really old and outdated garage door and opener. After lengthy research, we found Precision Overhead doors to be our best choice so, I called and the courteous office staff sent Orion over to walk me through the process and products. I found what I wanted and Orion went to work finding everything we would need. He called me a short while later and told me he found a better opener for our needs AND it would save us a little money! On installation day, Scott Shaw called to let me know he was on his way....that's a plus in any busy persons book! Scott was very professional, polite and focused. He was done with the install in a couple of hours, he explained the entire system to me and cleaned up the garage, spotless. We are very impressed with the new equipment, the service provided and the price. Kudos to the entire Precision team for the perfect buying experience. We are happy with our decision to use Precision.

My garage door broke at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. I called Precision and their service tech, George, was at my house by 4:30. My door was fixed and George was on his way by 5:30. The work performed was excellent and my door now works better than it has in years.
