Love this company! Our cars were stuck in the garage when the springs and the opener broke. I called Precision, and they had a repair tech out here within 2 hours. Incredibly fast service! The repairman, Aaron, was knowledgeable, pleasant , and had the door working the same afternoon. I am so happy I called them, because I had no idea who to call. When I saw the positive reviews and the BBB A+ rating, I thought I would try Precision. It was a good call, and I do believe they are a company that provides excellent service and repairs.

Chris was great. When he arrived, he explained everything, we discussed the charges and he immediately went to work. After the garage door opener was installed he made sure all the remotes were programmed and everything worked. I would definitely recommend.

Great Job by Vince Patterson. When we arrived we discussed the issue with garage door opener Only 1 of the 2 was bad but both were over 16 years and we decided to replace both of them. He checked out springs, cables and doors. Installed new openers which he had on his truck. He explained the operation of the new doors and their warranties and programmed remotes so each would open either door. Good Job.

Once again Precision Door to the Rescue! I truly appreciate their immediate response to my concerns. Another incident with my garage door taking as I am leaving for the work day. Could not lower my door and just had to go to work. Called Precision door and they came out the very same day within hours! Thank heavens my daughter was available to help be at my home for this emergency. The service man called me with with honest and practical quotes and choices for a new door. Alex was great I told him what was going on and how to fix it which he did and it is working great. The only thing that is not correct is I need a piece of trim on the left side of the door per Alex to cover the gap that you can see the outside from the inside. How much is it? Great person. Precision garage door responded to my phone call the Saturday afternoon, and had someone at my house before 10AM Sunday morning to fix the garage door. The technician was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a spring failure internal to the torsion bar. He explained the repair options including upgrades, and in less than two hours he was done. Overall I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them for your garage door repair needs.
