Once again Precision Door to the Rescue! I truly appreciate their immediate response to my concerns. Another incident with my garage door taking as I am leaving for the work day. Could not lower my door and just had to go to work. Called Precision door and they came out the very same day within hours! Thank heavens my daughter was available to help be at my home for this emergency. The service man called me with with honest and practical quotes and choices for a new door. They took care of my problematic door so that I would be safe over the holiday weekend and until my new door arrives. Thanks so much for great customer service!!!!!

Alex was great I told him what was going on and how to fix it which he did and it is working great. The only thing that is not correct is I need a piece of trim on the left side of the door per Alex to cover the gap that you can see the outside from the inside. How much is it? Great person. Precision garage door responded to my phone call the Saturday afternoon, and had someone at my house before 10AM Sunday morning to fix the garage door. The technician was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a spring failure internal to the torsion bar. He explained the repair options including upgrades, and in less than two hours he was done. Overall I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them for your garage door repair needs.

Was pleased to receive a next-day Saturday appointment! Technician Chris called ahead while on his way and arrived exactly when he estimated. After inspecting our door, the motor, and structural components, Chris gave us 3 price levels of easy-to-understand options for upgrading and replacing older parts. Work was completed in about an hour. Extra kudos for Chris' positive energy and disposition! Would recommend Precision Door to all; it is clear that they care about providing quality services to their customers.

I had an emergency repair that needed same day repair. I was able to make an appointment online and the technician Dustin came out and was able to repair my garage door with no problem. I appreciate the prompt and courteous service. Dustin walked me through what needed to be repaired and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost prior to beginning any work. The price was more than what I expected, but Dustin went through the costs of everything. I had to have the repair done today and was glad Dustin came to repair it!

I called for an appointment and was given one on the next day! Jeramy arrived on time, listened to my concerns and inspected the doors. He gave us two options for a repair and explained the pros and cons of each option. Jeramy, had all the parts on his truck so he could start immediately. Derek was the best. Called before showing up and was on time. He let me know the price before work was done. Replaced springs and bearings for the rod. Also replaced rollers for a more quiet operation. Thanks Derek for a quick repair. You were very knowledgeable and a very nice person.

Very responsive to my issue. Garage door not closing properly, appears to be caused by the opener. Decided to install new opener (Genie). Better decision than repairing old unit. Service tech was on time (called ahead), not always done as told. Installation went very well. Had a small issue with paper work, but it was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for your garage door needs. I have been a customer since 2017 and have had to use them a couple of times for issues (not related to there work). Have always been satisfied.

Our next door neighbor bought her new garage door from Precision so I gave them a call too along with another garage door company. Precision had availability the same day I called and came by to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable so I committed on the spot. I was given a 2 to 3 week lead time. Since we're looking to sell our home and our contractors were ahead of schedule, I reached out via email to see if we could get the door any sooner, even if we had to pay an expedite fee. Julia S. was very unhelpful via email simply saying no 3 times, that they could not expedite or do anything. She didn't even try or look into it. I later called the main line a couple of times and eventually sales manager Chris C. got back to me and found an in stock door with different window inserts that could actually be installed the next week. He was super helpful and really went above and beyond. Thanks Chris!
