Gold Series Springs x 2 Bearing Plates, Nylon Roller. My Door was non-functional. To be honest I only called these buys b/c they said they would come out on a Sunday. I did not get 3 price quotes so maybe I paid more than I should have. What sold me was the service. I called them after seeing them in Google, and they scheduled me right away. I overslept on Sunday and called the person who had emailed me my appointment confirmation and to my surprise I actually spoke to the person who emailed me (Tim). My Tech came and explained everything to me and he did a good job. Door is running quiet. I wish I had remembered to get my other remote battery changed. My door now functions better than when I bought the house.

Great service. Kevin Shelton was our technician who was very professional. Our appointment was set between 4 and 8pm. Even though it was a long day for Kevin and late into the evening (7:45pm), he still took the time to explain the different options to fix our door and did an excellent job repairing it. The door is functioning better than it was brand new.

What a great experience in a bad situation! My garage door got jammed and would not open. Found Precision on the web and called them right away. they we super friendly and flexible with my busy schedule. David came right out exactly at the time requested. The technician was very polite and very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the door springs. He checked everything and gave three different quotes. I got the cheapest one which gave me 1 year warranty. He made the job very quickly and so far the garage door is working very well.

My nephew recommended Precision. What a great experience! My garage door opener had literally fell off of the door. I was ready to purchase a new garage door opener when the technician stated "Does your current opener still work?" He proceeded to test it and found that it did. He only had to service it and I was charged for a service charge only. Being a widow, I am currently faced with companies who try to take advantage of that to charge me for something I don't need. How refreshing it is to do business with a HONEST company! I have already told friends about Precision and plan to spread the good news of this company when I return to work on Monday. And when I have problems again with the garage door of any kind - I will call Precision.

The repairman came out today and inspected both my door and the opener. He determined what the problem was quickly and made his recommendations. The repair of the door was quick considering he installed a garage door opener also. He explained how to use the garage door opener very efficiently. He was very professional and nice. I was very pleased with the service. Definitely recommend this company to my friends!!!

The experience was epic!! The tech, Ed, was very knowledgeable and professional. Initially, there was an issue getting my newly installed system to sync (door wouldn't respond to the opener). With my assistance, Ed went through my entire house trying to locate signal distraction that wouldn't allow for the opener to sync with the device. He finally discover the shortage was in a fuse (simply amazing). The system works beautifully with very little noise. My wife and I were truly, truly impressed. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone who wants quality service when seeking repairs for their garage door. By the way, I don't typically write reviews. However what I experience, had to be shared!!!!

My service technician (Kevin) did a fine job. I was pleased with the work that he did. I will use Precision again should the need arise.
