Absolutely 5 star+. Tim, provided estimate and coordinated service, schedule and materials. He provided routine updates on progress, changes and proactive notification (even returning calls on Sunday). Guido, our Master technician, was on time, worked efficiently with excellent quality in workmanship. The quality of the doors, including insulation and trim was a work of perfection and may well save us on energy costs. Would recommend Precision Door Service without any reservations.

We chose Precision Garage Door Service because they were listed on Angie's List, had a "near perfect" rating, provided same day service, and gave good discounts. We chose the discount of "no service call charge." Our technician called before arriving, was on time, repaired two garage doors that were both long overdue to be serviced, discussed with us and showed us what he would be doing, and did excellent work. He was professional, courteous, and polite, and we would recommend him and Precision Door Service to our family, friends, and neighbors.

I reviewed several garage openers online and decided to use Precision Doors. Let me start by saying, my overall feedback is positive, but I always try to give balance feedback. So, the technician arrived within the time frame provided. My issue was a beeping noise coming from the opener, (it needed a replacement battery). He was able to quickly do that, but I was astonished by the cost of the battery (170.00). While there, he recommended servicing of both garage doors, another 129.00 each. I decided to do the service since he recommended that it should be done every 3 years, or so. I was pleased with the work, but a beeping noise ended up being almost 550.00 total with everything that was done. All of that said, I would definitely use and recommend Precision Doors again; however, I just don't like when one thing is wrong, and once at your home, other more expensive services are recommended.

As well as offered advice on servicing new motor, drums and end brackets with time frames which means a lot since financially we have been hurting recently.
