Precision had serviced our garage door several years ago and did a great job. Fortunately, we kept their number in the garage and they were a phone call away. One of the springs on our garage door broke on Monday night, June 15. We called first thing Tuesday morning to make an appointment. To our delight, a technician could be at our home on Wednesday morning. Hooray! We didn't realize what an inconvenience it could be not having a working garage door. The technician arrived right on time Wednesday morning and within hours, our door/spring was replaced and we were back in full working order. Thank you very much.

I was looking for new garage doors for my home and I found a lot of great reviews about Precision Door Service. Anytime you see so many great reviews you wonder but not me anymore, this is a full world class operation and I wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend anyone to Precision door. The installers Scott and Alex yesterday were also outstanding and explained everything to me and really did a fantastic job. I wish there was a way to give more then 5 stars because they earned it!

Came home to a garage door that wouldn't open due to a busted spring. Called at 8:30am and by 9:30am Dustin was here. He explained everything and was very informative and courteous. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I would highly recommend Precision!!!!

Technician called before he arrived and was on time. He listened to what I had to say about the problem and what the problem was, he inform me what was needed to fix the problem. OUTSTANDING JOB! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had three doors completely redone on a 25 year old house. It looks so new and updated in the garage. The old doors where loud but these new ones it's like a whispers opening and closing. From start to finish everyone at the company exceeded our expectations! It's refreshing to actually have a contractor that actually loves there job, does the job correctly and wants the customer to be 100% happy with the job. If you have them do your job I truly believe the outcome will be GREAT????

5 stars! Dustin at Precision Door Service of Atlanta was fantastic! He was proficient, very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. He went above and beyond to make sure our garage door was fixed correctly, securely, and in a timely manner. He explained to me what parts he would recommend replacing at that time and why, and he explained what could wait. It was extremely cost-effective. He did not try to get me to spend money unnecessarily. He gave me an estimate for replacing the doors when it gets to that point. When the time comes to replace the doors, I will definitely hire Precision Door Service to do the job! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Precision Doors of Atlanta installed 2 new Haas garage doors and lift master openers a few weeks ago. I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend Precision, I know I made the right decision when I called Precision! I am so glad I chose them after getting quotes and looking at 3 other companies for our new garage doors. Guido was fantastic and came back a week later to tweak a few items and no one asked for payment until the job was complete to our satisfaction. The sign of a truly sound company! Plus, they let me use my credit card so I could earn points. The doors are beautiful, operate like a dream, and are extremely quiet, plus we are enjoying our outdoor touch pads which we did not have on our 33 year old doors! It was not an easy install and we live on a very steep hill, but no complaints from Guido or Precision they just got the job done. Also Tim, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful in our choice of doors as well as negotiating price. Make the right decision and call Precision!
