Impressive, most impressive. Placed a call at 9:45am and tech was at my house in a hour. Had the spring replaced in under a hour. Took the time to show me basic garage door upkeep. I had a heavy wood door spring snap Saturday afternoon and after researching competitors and reviews over the internet, decided on Precision and glad I did. Brandon/Technician came out witin two hours of my call, gave me repair options then completed work within an hour. What I look for; professional, courteous, knowledgeable staff, prompt service and reasonable pricing. Would definitely call them again.

I was awakened by my wife holding 2 pieces of our garage door. I found Precision door, on-line chat with Tina and the appointment was made. Kevin called me to let me know he was on his way. Kevin took all the time necessary to explain to me what was wrong with the door and exactly what it would cost to repair it. He completed the repairs as promised, showed me a couple of things I can do to make sure the door acts as expected. An easy 5 stars for this team! Back from vacation and our garage door opener quit. Called at 3:50 and by 4:30 Marcus was in the driveway. He had a Liftmaster 8360 in the truck and I said "put 'er in". (The old one is 19 years old). Marcus was great, explaining everything as he worked. I was so impressed I'm replacing the other opener next month! THANKS, MARCUS!

The tech was very knowledgeable. He gave me several options for repairs. The problem is that after the work was done and he was leaving he ran over my flower bed that my landscaper had just completed earlier in the week! Ive called requesting a manager to call me but no one has responded. Dissappointed

I am sorry for your disappointment. Our technician left your house and immediately went and purchased the flowers, soil, and mulch, returned to your home and planted the new plants himself and re-mulched the bed to where you could not tell that he accidentally ran over the bed. Our general manager called twice to discuss the incident with you and left voice mails with no returned call. Please call me directly to discuss your disappointment.
