Garage door spring broke Christmas Night! By 1:00 P.M. the next day, door and spring were repaired! Great job by Mike West, service technician. Mike was very professional and gave us several options regarding repairs. Precision will be the only company we deal with. I highly recommend to all future customers!

Kevin was the technician that came out to install my garage door. The installation was a little more complicated due to my garage being older than most, and the dimensions being different than the average install. Kevin took the time to do a great job. I had a 20-year old wooden double garage door that blew a spring and had to have a quick replacement. Did not want to just fix the spring on such an old door, so went on-line to research for a new door. Also had a file I had accumulated of garage door ads (in anticipation of needing to replace the door soon) My ads file and my on-line research led me to call Precision Door & a couple of other companies. Once I investigated Precision's website and found I could select my door and its features and see what I would be getting, I felt comfortable with this company. I selected the door and features, and noted in my email that I would appreciate a quick call to set things up and heard back from Tim literally within minutes! He gave me a quote and confirmed they could do what I wanted for a door. They came out the next day (stormy weather was coming & I could not get into my garage) and fixed the broken spring so I could use my garage until the new door came in the next week. Great service -- great technicians -- wonderful accessibility to their staff and I will certainly recommend them.

I was impressed by the ingenuity, workmanship and commitment to an excellent experience exhibited by Guido Valerio of your company. We had a space problem in our garage because of plumbing and an old-style one- piece garage door with levers and springs that is not made anymore. Guido constructed new framing and installed a new garage door that would fit our space and prove much safer than our old one. Because of him, we will recommend Precision to our friends and especially our neighbors who have the old-style doors here.

When my chain driven garage door opener quit working after more than 18 years of service, I did my research and narrowed my search to three companies. My second estimate came from Precision. I had every intention to make a decision after all three estimates were complete. However, I was so impressed with the Precision technician (Shaun), I awarded him the job on the spot. Prior to calling Precision I discussed a Liftmaster opener with another prominent garage door company. After a series of questions it became obvious that despite selling Liftmaster equipment they didnt know the ins and outs. The service department superintendent finally said: You need to call LIFTMASTER yourself...stunning remark! I did, and got my questions answered and asked for a referral---which is how I found you. And how fortunate that was. Travis was professional; knowledgeable; polite and gave me a real sense of comfort in the product. I cant say enough good things about him and what a value he must be to Precision. 5 stars to Travis! He showed me my cables needed replacement in addition to the new Liftmaster 8550 that I purchased (after much research). He told me features the former company had never mentioned and were obviously not aware of. I am really glad I called Precision and I am really pleased Travis was my installer.

Five Star Rating. Within an hour of submitting an online request for service, I was contacted via phone by Ashley. Mind you, this was on a Saturday after hours. She was exceptionally professional and friendly in ascertaining my need and coordinating a service trip by a technician. She referred me to the website to learn more about the company and the assigned technician should I be inclined to probe for additional information. The technician, Shaun called ahead as a professional courtesy just as Ashley said he would. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and the company. He was attired in clean and professional uniform and the service truck he drove was immaculate. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented options on how to remedy it. He showed a very knowledgeable and friendly disposition. At NO POINT did I feel as if he was trying to sell me on superfluous items or service. After agreeing on a course of action and the very fair price, he set about the repair. Upon finishing, he showed me the end result and asked if there was anything further. Being in the service business myself for 30 years I have keen eye for customer service. Shaun showed a very genuine sense of personal ownership of the outcome of my experience with the company. He is a great ambassador for the company.
