Same day service!! Who still does that?? Precision Door apparently!! I called around 10am. The technician, Marcus, was standing in my garage mid-afternoon!! Problem quickly remedied and Marcus even took me thru the steps as he performed them! Friendly, Fast, and Efficient.....Marcus AND Precision Door! P.S. This was our second time to use your company this year!

On time, relatively kind, but labor prices were extremely high. I called and spoke with the president of the company and he took $100 off labor price. Good service, but pricing was higher than other companies. For a project that took less than an hour, I was quoted a labor price of $179 - a little bit ridiculous. Also there is a random tax thrown onto your bill at the end which you don't see until the emailed receipt - frustrating.
