Best Wishes, Tim 1(888) 708-5665" Here's giving you an opportunity as you have requested to make good before I sound the alarms, loudly, to all parties, including the BBB. As an FYI, I am a former Board member in my community, and a real estate sales person, and I am continually asked for referrals - I'd like to include you but........ The good side is; your technician Mark Mosely is a tremendous asset to your organization; professional, skilled, personable, likeable, efficient and every other good attribute that a service expert should have! That being said, I am aware that corporate sets price structure, and not the service techs! The bad side is; I paid $500 for the identical garage door closure spring conversion service that could have been performed by All Four Seasons Garage Doors (770-971-6405) for $285. You are welcome to confirm that figure with them - I spoke with two different reps that quoted me the same number. This is a huge difference, and is representative of most of an airfare for me to be able to visit my kids. Rather than go with the recommendations of the Ebsco Home Reports Guide on the selection of a vendor, of which All Four is listed, I opted to go with the referral of a neighbor - shame on me! Ergo, I expect to see that $215 differential credited to my account which you have. Would you kindly address ASAP; a bad recommendation is something none of us want! As I did pay my invoice via American Express, I have so advised them that Precision's charge is in contention! I thank you personally for your attention to this matter. The comparison of our parts vs those of our competitors is not an accurate picture of the work performed or parts provided, We use ONLY high cycle, heavy duty parts which give much longer life. I can also assure you we are approached regularly by companies wanting us to be listed in their books as a recommended service FOR A FEE Our over 2300 reviews on our website and over 400 on Angies List are genuine reviews from people like you, not that have been purchased. I am not aware of the guide you refer to, so I am not in a position to speak of the recommended vendors or why they are in the book. We work diligently to provide the highest service level using the highest quality parts available, and yes we are not the cheapest, nor do we try to be. We believe in presenting our parts and service levels to our customers, educating them on the merits, and leaving the decision totally in their hands. A fair price for services performed, and we believe we deliver that. Our garage door opener motor died Saturday afternoon. We called you guys and got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. I received a phone call about 30 mins. prior to the repair. Everything was explained to me before the repair was made including price, which is nice. It was done fairly quickly and Travis explained how all the new buttons and such worked. He also helped me program the button in my van. Thanks so much!

Problems don't always mean a bad contractor. In our case we had two new doors installed. Precision was recommended by a neighbor. They came out and gave a solid quote and seemed legit and we were ready to get the job done. They had a special on motors which made it an even better deal so we scheduled the job. Before they came out to install the door we received an additional promotion in the mail. I didn't think they would apply it to our contract but they honored the coupon and our deal was even sweeter. So we get the doors installed and they worked and looked great. I did have some concerns about some trim work and they sent out a tech to fix it right away no questions asked and a great attitude about it. Then the real challenge arose. About a month later one of our doors began to not operate correctly and would not stay closed and would begin to cycle again. It would take several attempts to get it to close. We called Precision and right away they sent someone out to fix it. That fix wasn't what was needed so they right way replaced the motor--we are very satisfied. Great service and great people.

Very pleased with the work Travis did on our garage door. He was on time, pleasant, and took the time to show me what the problem was and how to open it if it jammed. I had a repair done last April with new sensors put in, then called them in August for an issue which they responded to promptly and repaired; and this time they came out and fixed the mount which had bent on the top of the door. Travis knew exactly what to do and did it complimentary! I am so impressed with Precision and when the time comes for a new door, I can trust Precision to do the job well. Wonderful group of people.

I was referred to Precision by a neighbor. We had a garage door spring break and needed to have it fixed. My husband is an electrician, and usually does household maintenance himself. Unfortunately, he had to be out of town and could not do the repair, so we called Precision. The technician came out and completed the repair. After he left we noticed that the door made a lot more noise than usual when being opened and closed, almost like it was binding. A couple days later, the cable came off of the spring pulley and caused the door not to open properly again. So, I called Precision again and had to have another technician come out for another repair. This technician said that the repair was done improperly, because the cable was installed on the outside of the spring, causing it to bind. We have 2 garage doors with a total of 4 springs, and 1 was installed wrong. Why didn't the first technician look at the other 3 springs and complete the repairs properly the first time? Needless to say, we were not happy about having to have Precision come out to our house a second time.

Unfortunately from time to time, as good as our techs are, they miss something. I can only apologize and know that you were immediately taken care of when you called with your concerns by sending my general manager out to personally inspect the doors and make the necessary adjustments Again, accept my apology and hopefully we demonstrated when something goes array, we jump through hoops to make it right Thank you for your business

Kevin Shelton was my install tech. He arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. We had a real good time during the install. Both of my wooden & glass garage doors had been hit with the car at one time or another. I had them reinforced to keep them working. I just wanted to get rid of the glass, as I don't like people being able to see into my garage. The solid steel doors are wonderful and quite. It has just taken some time to get used to the darkness in the garage due to no windows, but I feel much safer. Precision doors will always be my choice for any work or repairs. I was very impressed with everything and what I thought was going to be a real nightmare, Kevin installed my new doors and the whole thing was totally painless. You guys come very highly recommended from me. Thank you for the awesome service.

I had my springs replaced a few months back by Performance after one had broken. Several months later I was under the impression that the springs were wound too tight because my door would jump a little when first going down. I called to report this issue and was given an appt the very next day. Mike showed up on time and was very courteous to my wife. He called me at work to let me know that in fact the door was balanced very well and explained why the door jumped a little when closing. There was no charge for this visit. Five stars for this company and they will get all my future business as well as word of mouth referrals!! You can really trust these folks!
