I called Percision early in the morning and was greeted by a pleasant and helpful representative who immediately scheduled an appointment for me that day. She gave me a time frame which I was not sure I could have someone home by and she had an alternative time slot. Our technician, Nick, called earlier then the allotted time slot since he was in the area on another call. He would have come back during the allotted 2-6 time slot and shared that it would probably be more towards 5 or 6 (which I really appreciated). Luckily I had someone at home and service was concluded before 2pm. Nick was great. I was not at home but I am reporting because I was pleased with his service. He was knowledgeable, professional, and did not try to push anything onto us that was not necessary. He was honest and upfront about the cost. He explained comprehensively what the issue was and was prepared to make the necessary repairs. He broke down on the invoice what he had done as far as parts and labor. He even made recommendations on how to keep our doors working properly. I am very happy with my service from Nick and Percision. I would use their service again and would recommend them to others based on my experience.

Dear Precision, first, I found you through Angie's list. I read the comments about your work and service and was impressed so I gave you a chance. My service technician was Mark Mosely.Needless to say he is a good salesman as well as technician. He showed me the extent of the repair needed for one of the garage doors and after surveying the second door, I decided to do both. I was impressed with Mark's knowledge and application to get the job done in a timely fashion and correctly. I had to leave for an appointment which meant leaving Mark there alone which I had no hesitation to do so. As a side note, my son had to leave for work but his car battery needed to be jumped. It was a foreign car and I had no idea where the battery was. Mark told us and identified the area to jump the car. So my son was able go to work. Well done Mark, and Well done on the Garage Doors

Eric called first then arrived when he said he would. I was impressed with his work ethic; removing 2 old doors then installing 2 new steel doors with openers seemed to be a 2-person job but Eric did it all himself in about 4 1/2 hours from start to finish. He did a great job...he briefed me on how the new system operated and picked up and hauled off all the debris. When he left, the only trace of him was 2 brand new garage doors that worked perfectly!

Travis was excellent. He inspected my garage door per the "Tune-up" coupon I purchased from Angies List. As it turned out I needed new cables and new rollers. He showed me the worn parts and explained what needed to be done. During this inspection he also discovered the lower panel of my door was rotten (Door is 20+ years old) He was able to get a new panel and installed it the next day. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The door works better than ever. I will definetly use Precision again.

Really appreciate Precision getting us back on track literally! Our Service Technician, Ryan Frank was very professional, prompt, and did a great job of explaining what our garage door problems where, what he planned to do, and how to prevent the problem in the future. The information on how to care for the door was the best. We will use Precision again in the future. Angie's list was right on!

when our garage door rollers went off their track I Googled Garage Door Repair and was instantly drawn to "Same Day Service" at Precision.Our door was stuck open and it was late afternoon. I called and explained our plight, soon Tech Brandon called to say he was on the way, he was very personable, professional, and helpful and got the malfunctioning door to close.We appreciate Precision's and Brandon's help. we will order new door soon.

Effective service on broken door springs. The phone attendant answered on Saturday night at 8pm and set my appointment that same night. Nick called 30 minutes ahead of my Monday appointment to keep me posted on his arrival time, and when he arrived he provided the basis for estimating cost of service, and finished in 45 minutes. I liked that he talked through maintenance steps afterward. Summary: service was prompt, Nick was competent and helpful. Garage door works good as new. I recommend this company and Nick.

I wish every company I worked with was this good. They showed up on time ( actually early) and performed the work quickly and the work was done well. The technician was professional and cordial. Mr. Valerio came to replace the garage door springs and rollers. He was extremely knowledgeable and made very professional and honest recommendations for further maintenance of our garage doors in order to save us from extremely costly repairs in the future, including recommendations against repairs or replacements simply due to age, if the parts were still in good working order and showed strong promise of a much longer life! Very friendly and approachable. This is the second time I've used Precision Door, and each time the technicians have been so friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable letting them into my home-- when I was alone and pregnant and alone with a newborn. Great company and will definitely continue to use them to take care of my overhead garage door needs.
