I highly recommend Precision. I found their information in the money mailer, and called them because their reviews were so good. Shaun came out to analyize my needs, and Eric installed new garage doors for me. I can't say enough about these two, and the company. From my first call to my installation, everyone was polite, timely, and extremely knowledgable and helpful. I won't call anyone else except Precision going forward.

Duane was very helpful and offered advice that may keep me from having to buy a new unit. Our garage is under our den and our chain drive opener shakes our world. He suggested trying rubber washers on the bolts holding the unit to the ceiling to lessen the vibrations. I'm planning to try that and see if it reduces the vibration/sound enough to not have to buy a belt drive unit. He could have just pushed a belt drive but offered an potential alternative which I greatly appreciate.
