I had the kids Garage door fixed and found out from Guido that it was originally installed incorrectly and very dangerous. He removed and re-installed the door correctly the same day he came to do the estimate. Since I am in Tenn and the kids house is in Georgia, I picked a company with a BBB rating. So glad I did. Guido explained all the issues with the current door and gave me options and honest answers. When I asked if I needed a new door he said the garage door I had on the house was fine and just needed to be fixed. Thanks for not trying to sell me something I didn't need. Outstanding customer service all the way! From the initial site visit thru the installation, my expectations were exceeded. Tim worked above and beyond to obtain the doors that we wanted and recommended openers that would provide speed and quiet operation. Scott did an outstanding installation of all 3 doors and openers in one afternoon. The installation went without any issues and there was no evidence of disturbance nor the old products. Everyone was professional and courteous. Great communications kept me up to date on the status of my order as well as scheduled appointments. We even received a follow-up call the next day to make sure everything was working properly and if we had any questions. Best positive experience we have had in a long time.

Was told tech would be out for free price quote tech called then when I told him I wanted a specific opener they would have to order it no big deal only after I did my own research cause they never came out I found out I have to have a center Garge door opener cause I do not have the correct style spring system for that opener that mounts to a wall the way I found out was by calling another company what if I ordered and set up a date for install would you then charge me extra to change the spring system after you didnt come out and look at it first of course you would if you live in Cherokee county ga just go with a mom and pop owned company instead of a company that just wings it and forgets about what customer satisfaction is

I believe the tech called you to tell you he was on his way. You explained that you wanted a specific jackshaft motor and he explained you had the wrong spring system on your door to accomodate that type of operator. He said he would call you back with a price for the specific opener and retrofit of the springs which he did. He received your voicemail and did not receive a call back from you. He was shocked to hear your comments on the review. There was obviously a miscommunication somewhere along the line. For that I apologize, but take exception that a "mom and pop" company gives better service than we do. I am sorry for the bad experience, and we have used this as a training tool to improve our service in the future. Tim Yeager Owner

Precision Door just left and did a great job. They were on time, knowledgable, competent, professional. They fixed the one problem I had called about and didn't even charge me for it! They made some recommendations without being pushy, and I was pleased with the changes they suggested and completed. I will definitely use them again.
