Yesterday I chatted on your chat system and told them I needed to have someone give me an estimate for a new garage door. By 4:30 we had a salesman to our door. Jeremy Bojkovsky was sent out to us. He was an amazing Senior Technician. He was fast getting out here to us and went through a book of doors and helped us pick out the one that suited us. Plus we got the insulated door. He was also very knowledgeable in his presentation and was extremely kind and nice. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Jeremy. But I already knew it would be because I had already read a lot of reviews on him and knew he was the Technician for us. Great job Jeremy!!

The service technician was well spoken and on time and that's how they earned their star. Past that I have a 10 year old house with premium insulated non window garage doors. I called for a broken spring and got quoted over the phone 90-250 dollars depending on what spring I needed. The standard service call fee was 29.95 and would be waived if I had them do the work. the technician showed up on time and took a look at the door and proceeded to try and up-sell me everything except new door panels. Cables, bearings, adjustment, spools, opener tune up. When I asked if he could just fix the issue I got a second quote for a completely new spring system. At that point I asked if he refused to just replace the spring I needed, then I got the Hard sell. Paid the 29.95 service fee and said thanks but no thanks. customer service is an issue with these guys or they're just hard of hearing. No doubt this wont make it on the site but look at reviews on yelp and other places before you have them come out. I'll be reviewing elsewhere as well

These guys did any excellent job. We got two new garage doors. One was a replacement and one was a new door, all with openers. They were customer oriented and knowledgeable from the time they came to see our location and give us a bid to ordering the doors and finally installing. The installers were excellent and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. We so appreciated that and they did an excellent job. Thank you guys!! We highly recommend them.

I called this company because I had a sticker on my garage door from when they apparently had worked on it before. The technician, Carlos, arrived promptly and was courteous and friendly. He repaired the door and the cost was very reasonable. I will always use this company for my garage door service.

On 12/17/2023 we requested an estimate for door replacement.Derek came by and gave us an estimate. He wanted a deposit, but I stated we would think on it.On 12/21/2023, after thinking about it and looking around at other doors, we decided on a black door with NO windows. So after a revision, a new estimate was provided and we paid in FULL Estimate 60961113 - just under 4K.On 12/31/2023 Derek texted us to request all of our information for their paperwork etc.On 01/09/2024 I called to speak to a manager at 350pmOn 01/10/2024 around 11am I was finally called back, and I voiced my concerns about not hearing from anyone about anything regarding our door. It apparently did no good.01/29/2024 I got a call stating our door was ready, and we setup a date and time for the installation. Robert arrived and installed our door, hardware etc. I like Robert. He did a good job. He is a credit to your company. I take serious issue with a few problems I have experienced with your company.I fail to understand how someone can drop a chunk of money and not hear from anyone in your company for an extended period of time. Had I not called on the 9th, I have no doubt no one else would have called us. Can you imagine how uneasy someone would feel if like us they dropped a considerable amount of money and had not heard from anyone for over a month? Our new garage door is nice... it is the exact color we wanted. What isn't so nice is the WINDOWS that we did NOT want and did not pay for. It gets worse than that. The door was installed on 2/01/2024. Today is 02/04/2024, and we still have YET to receive a phone call from anyone on this matter. Like I said, there is a serious communication issue with this company.And to add icing to this cake, the wrong garage door opener was sent. So for two days we had a different opener than what we paid for, but it was functional so at least we were not left without a garage door. Robert came over today (02/04/2024) and installed our correct opener. It speak volumes to his work ethic that he returned - on a Sunday no less - as promised to install the opener we had actually paid for. Robert has been the only bright spot in this ordeal. He is a credit to your company. I fail to see how we could continuously keep falling through the cracks. I do not understand how a company that claims "We earn our customers' trust in 3 important ways" can allow us to experience half of what we have. I have learned a valuable lesson here. I have learned I will need to go to the extreme end of due diligence to prevent this from ever happening to us again.I have also learned we will not be paying in FULL again.Thank you Precision Garage Door Service for teaching us lessons.

Precision came out and looked at the garage door opening and assorted hardware with it. The technician was able to give me different price options on what needed to be done up to and including a new opener. They finished promptly and even corrected a problem I didn't even know of. Runs even better and qieter than before. They did an fantastic job and would have no problem recommending them.

George and Horace installed our new door today. We think it was done in a timely manner with no mess to clean up.
