Our service technician, Chris, was earlier than expected, very professional and educated us on the components of the garage door that needed repair. He was there to fix another company's shabby work. Chris gave us several repair options and estimates without pressure and without trying to sell us services that weren't needed. He even inspected our other garage door to make sure all was in order. I highly recommend this company and would be happy to do work with them in the future if/when the need arises.

Not his first rodeo he installed a new motor, rail for an 8' double door, a key pad and new control pad in an hour. Replacing a 22 year old system. Quiet and reliable with lots of updated features. Thank you for a job well done and done quickly. It's never fun on a Sunday when the spring breaks on your garage door. But I called Precision and was greeted on the phone by an actual human being who was incredibly friendly and professional. The repair was scheduled for the next morning. The technician, Chris, was incredibly friendly and tolerant of my two dogs who wanted to help. He walked me through what had happened and explained thoroughly what needed to be replaced and repaired. We will forever use Precision Garage Door Service. Our garage door springs stopped working on a Sunday with the car inside and the door jammed shut. Wouldn’t open manually. I was frantic as we had family to pick up at 7 in the evening at the airport. Scotty, our technician, was knowledgeable and efficient. The truck was stocked with all the parts needed for the repair. Definitely a unique experience. The Call center said the appointment was from 8-12 yet i get a text a few hours later saying that the appointment is from 8-10. I call at 10 am asking about it and get told "What we tell you on the phone is the rules" I asked about the text message that i received and the call center employee gave me the standard answer "I'm not sure what happened but it was wrong" Tech calls me a few minutes later and says he's enroute. When he arrives, he explains to me that in his job board our appointment was 10-2. There's definitely room for improvement on this. And the upsell tactic...The tech proceeded to tell me that the standard for each call is to charge at least $800. So upsell as much as possible. Waste of time in my opinion. Did the tech get the door working again...yes. And he stated the following "Well i's not really a commercial door guy, they should have sent someone else. Just don't open the door up past here and you won't have any issues. I'm not sure why that cable keeps coming loose"

This review is for the Sales Process as I have not yet had the “service” part of relationship. I typically hate the sales part because folks can be pushy and/or deceptive. My sales rep was JackGarnham. He was a great representative of this company. From the moment he got out of his truck he was focused on the uniqueness of my driveway and Garage. He took the extra time to ensure that he fully understood all of the challenges associated with a successful project. He was curious, intelligent, and kind! It is my hope that the install part of the project will be just as satisfying…Jack set a very high bar!

You guys did some work for my son-in-lawi in Snellville and I called him first. He gave me your info and I called you and within five minutes or so, your technician arrived. My technician, Aaron arrived in about five minutes or so and went to work right away. I chose Precision Door Atlanta because of estimate I was given over the phone. I thoroughly described what was broken and was given an estimate that was a little lower than three other companies I called. When the technician arrived he told me the price was over 3x what I was quoted. By the time I got the actual price it was too late for me to get the problem fixed by another company that day.
