I would like to take a moment to thank your company for the extremely fast and professional response to my call on Sunday. I called your office at 11 am and was told your technician would be at my home between 2 and 4 pm. Justin Fontaine called at approximately 1:50 to tell me he was on his way and got here and at 2:15 and immediately looked over the situation. I have one double and one single door garage. The left torsion spring broke on the double door. For those of you that have not had this experience, the torsion spring above the door can break at any time in which the door will simply go into free fall. If you are entering or leaving your garage at this time the door WILL FALL on your automobile crushing whatever it lands on. I asked Justin to replace all 3 torsion springs because when one goes, you can expect the others to follow shortly thereafter. The torsion springs he used to replace my original ones were coated so they would not be affected by weather, become weak, and fail again. At my request, Justin replaced all three torsion springs, (2 on double door, 1 on single door), replaced the rollers to quieter nylon rollers, replaced both rubber gaskets on the bottom of both doors, and even reset the garage door openers to work with our homelink units in our cars before he left. Justin did not leave once he arrived, because everything he needed, he brought with him. There was no "first" service call and then a "comeback". This was truly one of the easiest repairs with something as important as this that I have experienced. Precision Door did exactly what they said they would do. The entire repair service took approximately 2 hours. Justin was an excellent representative for Precision Door as this was my first time using them, and now, I will not call anyone else for help in this area. 5 STAR SERVICE, Polite, Professional, Knowledgeable, Prepared.
