I purchased a coupon on Angie's List to have the garage door "tuned up". On the day of service, Mark called to give me a general timeframe for arrival and called again about 20 minutes before actually arriving. Mark was professional, courteous and friendly. He changed the rollers and suggested some additional changes that would make the garage door work a bit better and quieter. I went ahead and did as he suggested and have been pleased with the results. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
