Precision is a great company that offers wonderful and quick service! They send you a text to let you know when they are on their way and the service tech Cory even called to give an exact ETA. These guys are super friendly and very thorough when inspecting and explaining the repairs that were needed on our garage door. Scotty deserves a shout out as well! He did a great job installing our new garage door opener and provided excellent customer service. You can tell he really cares about his job and wants to go the extra mile for the customer. Nice people. Easy to make an appointment online. They did not charge me to inspect it, which was generous. However, the sales guys left our garage door disabled when they left late in the day, causing my wife to not be able to get her car out the next morning. (It was working before they arrived.) It took me a bit to get it working again. We will find another firm.
