Precision Garage Door Service installed both my garage doors and the openers and the keypad on the outside, so when I found my keypad not working right, I called. Jeremy called and told me about when he expected to arrive, and that's exactly when he got here! He checked both doors, my "clickers" and my wall controls, and then he magically knew just what to do to return my outside keypad to working again! I thank Jeremy, my neighbor who uses my basement workout equipment thanks you, and my beloved dog walker thanks you! We're SO happy with the doors, the outside pad, and the clickers when we need them! I LOVE Precision Garage Door Service! Oh, and I'm giving your info to my neighbor who has some questions about garage doors.

I contacted Precision on a weekend and was immediately greeted with great customer service over the phone. I had a technician at my home within 2 hours. Jacob quickly identified and diagnosed the problem with my broken garage door and explained my choices. He was knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He had my garage door job complete within 20 min of starting and he provided such good customer service throughout the entirety of the time at my home. Although I hope to never need a garage repair again, if I ever have one I will be contacting Precision.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because you were one of the recommended companies on the Genie website for garage door repairs. I was pleased that you could make an appointment for me the same day. I was very pleased with the service provided by Jesus. He called to let me know that he was on the way and he arrived when he said he would. He was very courteous and professional and was able to resolve my garage door problem today. My garage door is an older model and the torque bar was hard to remove but he was patient and stayed with it until he got the job done. I would highly recommend your company and particularly Jesus. I will definitely refer your company, as well as Jesus, to my neighbors or anyone else who needs garage door repair service.
