The estimate was way higher than what was expressed over the phone and when I addressed how expensive it was, the tech seemed flippant. I was disappointed at the cost and felt it was higher than expected or needed for parts.

My garage door stopped halfway up due to a defective Genie trolly. Ryan Hudson replaced it, added grease, and tightened nuts on all garage door parts. The up/down travel of the door is much smoother now. I would use them again.

The technician arrived within an hour of my initial call for service to replace the broken torsion springs on my garage door. Unbelievable response time. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me a demonstration of a different, quieter opener. No complaints about the service. My only complaint is that I thought the price was too high but I needed it fixed and the technician knew what he was doing.
