Late one afternoon, I experienced an issue with my garage door opener. I called Precision, the company which had installed the opener, and was given an appointment for the next morning. The Precision technician called before he came and arrived on time (actually a little before my “service window”). He examined and assessed the system, identified and repaired the problem, and serviced the system within an hour. Jordan, the technician, was professional, polite, personable, and efficient – precisely the traits demonstrated by the employees of Precision with whom I have been in contact. I highly recommend this company.

On 8/26, my car was trapped I the garage because of a faulty spring system. I called Precision Garage Door and they sent Mr Joe.
