As with five previous calls with Precision, I am completely satisfied with the preventive maintenance done on my door and associated equipment. The technician arrived on time, explain what he was going to do, and what was necessary, and left the premises clean I believe in preventive maintenance to keep a malfunction from occurring at the most inappropriate time!

Alan did a fantastic job. He replaced the spring, bearings, a broken hinge, motor, rail and cables. Pretty much everything but the door. He was a nice, friendly young man who knew what he was doing. I’ll use Precision from now on.
