The serviceman David was prompt courteous seemed to know his craft He did the repair in minimal time -all is well…I found it interesting he said his companys sticker was on the door opener/installed in year 2016. He then wanted me to approve new springs/other parts because the old springs and other parts were not appropriate for the weight of the door- which he just said his company installed 6 years earlier… hmmm it definitely caused me to pause. He gave me zero push back when I declined to spend almost $2000 to fix all that he suggested instead of the $600 I agreed to for a new cable system… which now our door is as good as new with a one year warranty… xtra points to David for not using a condescending tone with me because I am a female so there is that.

I chose Precision Garage Door from a Google search, based on their 5 Star rating. They came out the next morning (after I called them at 3:30 in the afternoon the previous day). Jack was very knowledgeable and his work was great! The door was repaired within an hour. Great service! Knowledgeable Technician! Precision has a new regular customer!! Thanks Jack!

He performed a quick and timely repair and tune up and gave me some great tips to keep the garage door in great condition.
