My technician was awesome… Kind, patient, good communicator. He gave us great service. I cannot say that management Is good at communicating. Over 10 days ago I placed our order To have the new openers installed After vacation. This morning when the technician called he said They were no openers in stock That we ordered…that was according to his manager. I refused to “settle” for a product I did not want. Then low and behold Management tells the technician A pallet is suddenly in the Warehouse. The technician Got us the openers at last And completed the install. Again Xavier is awesome. I can’t say the Management team is on top Of their game or they would be Communicating with their Technicians . Long and short Is Technicians outshine The management and need To work on communicating So everyone is on the same page!

We paid $800 for garage door spring replacement on 10/14/22 for a 2 car garage door. I thought the price for the service was very high. Unfortunately, I researched the average cost for garage door spring replacement after the service was provided and learned that depending on the size of the door we paid 2 to.3 times more than the average price. do your research before the service.

The Company took care of my need in a reasonable time and price. I’m glad I changed my decision and choose Precision to replace my garage door. I was truly thinking it was going to take a month for the install to take place BUT I was wrong. I signed my contract 9/26/22…door was installed on 10/12/22…AWESOME! And, to see one man (Ryan) handle the job was shocking???? for me. Because other companies who’ve replaced doors in my neighborhood there’s been two (2) guys with the truck. Ryan Adams, totally courteous & professional. He did a WONDERFUL job??????. Also…I appreciate the fact he’s a native GEORGIAN?? Thanks Ryan & Precision!????

I just want to say the service was Great!! I got a quick response to my call (about 2 hours). The technician was very professional, and he was thorough in his explanation of my options to repair my door. The technician repaired my door in about an hour, and he tested all of the moving parts to insure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend Precision to any of my friends or family.

After calling for a service appointment only a couple hours prior, Allen arrived on time and provided professional, courteous service. We had no real issues other than squeaky garage doors & requested a “tuneup” to prevent any unforeseen problems. He offered us helpful tips and suggestions on our garage doors. He was finished within the hour. We highly recommend Allen & Precision Door Atlanta.

I called precision garage door service to come out to install the door back, because it fell out of its tracks.The technician started off saying that I need a new door (which was going to be over $2000 )because of liability in installing some thing that’s on the floor he can’t touch the original one. I went on to tell him that I didn’t call him to order a new door, I need this one installed back. He said he was going to check with his manager and get back with me. A few minutes later he comes back giving me a different estimate to add a new spring and all the work it’s going to cost $1200. I explain to him again, I do not need anything else but to put the original door back. He went to his car I thought he’s going to bring me the receipt to just pay for the service call, comes back and tells me that since he’s here he was going to do it for 499. At this point I realized he was just trying to rip me off all along, but it didn’t work. I sent him away paying him for the service call. These are the most dishonest people I’ve ever met!!’ Never want to work with them again!!!

We were having difficulties with one of our garage doors not opening and closing correctly and Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. He also rewired all 3 doors that were not done correctly by the electrician when the doors were first installed. He also loaded our garage door openers in both of our vehicles. He told us about MyQ and we loaded that app on our phones and now can open and close our door when we are not at home for our neighbors or dog sitter! Anthony went above and beyond and was very professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you so much, Anthony, you're AWESOME!
