I just want to say the service was Great!! I got a quick response to my call (about 2 hours). The technician was very professional, and he was thorough in his explanation of my options to repair my door. The technician repaired my door in about an hour, and he tested all of the moving parts to insure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend Precision to any of my friends or family.

After calling for a service appointment only a couple hours prior, Allen arrived on time and provided professional, courteous service. We had no real issues other than squeaky garage doors & requested a “tuneup” to prevent any unforeseen problems. He offered us helpful tips and suggestions on our garage doors. Was quit to response of my truck being held hostage by the broken lift spring. Shaun was very professional, knew exactly what to do to replace the springs. In addition he was very personable, I actually enjoyed talking with.

I called precision garage door service to come out to install the door back, because it fell out of its tracks.The technician started off saying that I need a new door (which was going to be over $2000 )because of liability in installing some thing that’s on the floor he can’t touch the original one. I went on to tell him that I didn’t call him to order a new door, I need this one installed back. He said he was going to check with his manager and get back with me. A few minutes later he comes back giving me a different estimate to add a new spring and all the work it’s going to cost $1200. I explain to him again, I do not need anything else but to put the original door back. He went to his car I thought he’s going to bring me the receipt to just pay for the service call, comes back and tells me that since he’s here he was going to do it for 499. At this point I realized he was just trying to rip me off all along, but it didn’t work. I sent him away paying him for the service call. These are the most dishonest people I’ve ever met!!’ Never want to work with them again!!!

We were having difficulties with one of our garage doors not opening and closing correctly and Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. He also rewired all 3 doors that were not done correctly by the electrician when the doors were first installed. He also loaded our garage door openers in both of our vehicles. He told us about MyQ and we loaded that app on our phones and now can open and close our door when we are not at home for our neighbors or dog sitter! Anthony went above and beyond and was very professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you so much, Anthony, you're AWESOME!

Came home to a broken garage door at 12:00 pm. Called Precision and they sent a repair man to my house by 12:45 pm and door was complete by 3:00. He was courteous, punctual, skilled, and did a great job. Victor was super great.

My Garage Door suddenly stopped working on Saturday after returning from the grocery store. I hit the button to lower the door and went inside. We heard a loud bang and went into the garage to investigate but didn’t notice anything broken. A few hours later when we were exiting the house the door wouldn’t go up and we noticed the broken coil/spring. I called Precision because they were the company that I bought the door from 9 years ago along with the opener. They have been the only company to service the door. I was disappointed that the receptionist didn’t immediately offer me a method for a quick solution telling me first available was Monday morning. We were stuck inside our house on a Saturday……what if we have an emergency? Those are the words I said to her. She was nice and said she would try to find me an emergency service but said it would cost me an extra $150 plus the repairs. I said okay and she placed me on hold while she attempted to find me help. My wife then said to order Uber. I gave up and ordered Uber. Precision then called me back and said she found help and I told her to forget it but I would like the first available technician on Monday. She gave me that appointment….Jack from precision came out timely, kind and said he would get us going. He did great….Our door is like new and we’ll continue to use them.

Wow how impressive these guys are! From the gal we spoke to on the phone to the tech that came to do the work…they were fantastic! I honestly didn’t think we’d get the garage door fixed on a Sunday afternoon but they came through. The repairs needed were certainly more than I was hoping for but the quality and hopefully warranty for the next 7 years help ease the pain. This is actually the 2nd time we’ve used them, the 1st was after a lighting strike killed our 2 door openers 4 years ago. Hoping not to ever need them again (????) but if I have another garage door issue I know who to call (and recommend).

Prompt, quick and excellent service. This was my first time using Precision and I was very pleased with their service. The lady that took my call was very helpful and I had service the very next day. My tech, Mr. Demarius Branne was very experienced, answered all my questions and explained everything that needed to be done to fix my garage door opener. I chose Precision by researching recommendations that were posted on our neighborhood site and reviewed their website. I was impressed with every aspect of this company and will definitely pass the reference along, if I see anyone else needing door opener repairs/replacement. Thank you!

Completely overhauled the garage door springs and bearings. They gave me multiple discounts to help with the cost of repairs which was very thoughtful and helpful.
