From beginning to end. Every person that I have dealt with were extremely pleasant, helpful and informative. When I first called to order doors Mike went above and beyond by securing the door to the garage to maintain my safety. Today, Allen came out to address some issues left behind by my painter. He answered all of my questions as well. He connected my garage door opener and changed my light bulb in the motor. As a 1st time homeowner, I’m always appreciative when anyone goes the extra mile to assist me. True southern gentlemen!!

Excellent service! My belt and motor were bad and Shaun came out, did an inspection and then gave me multiple options and price points to choose from. Ended up choosing a new (very cool) opener as well as some other work (rollers, spring, etc). He did a great job with the install, which was fast, and then walked me through everything. An excellent experience!

Fair. I was charged 30.00 extra for a tune up. The technician sprayed the hinges and left a can if lubricant. Iwas rather disappointed because I was told the cost after the fact. 89.00 for service call and a can of spray. Nothing was wrong with the garage, he said. I still think there is a loud sound upon opening. I do not see him on the list of employees
