Wow how impressive these guys are! From the gal we spoke to on the phone to the tech that came to do the work…they were fantastic! I honestly didn’t think we’d get the garage door fixed on a Sunday afternoon but they came through. The repairs needed were certainly more than I was hoping for but the quality and hopefully warranty for the next 7 years help ease the pain. This is actually the 2nd time we’ve used them, the 1st was after a lighting strike killed our 2 door openers 4 years ago. Hoping not to ever need them again (????) but if I have another garage door issue I know who to call (and recommend).

Prompt, quick and excellent service. This was my first time using Precision and I was very pleased with their service. The lady that took my call was very helpful and I had service the very next day. My tech, Mr. Demarius Branne was very experienced, answered all my questions and explained everything that needed to be done to fix my garage door opener. I chose Precision by researching recommendations that were posted on our neighborhood site and reviewed their website. I was impressed with every aspect of this company and will definitely pass the reference along, if I see anyone else needing door opener repairs/replacement. Thank you!

I had seen Precision Garage Door on a WSB TV interview. My garage door had broken and I decided to try them. They came within 2 hrs. if my call! Completely overhauled the garage door springs and bearings. They gave me multiple discounts to help with the cost of repairs which was very thoughtful and helpful. Both Technicians were great. Office staff on the other hand cannot follow directions well. Very disappointed that you still are sending messages to home owner at her job.
