Terry -- the Precision installer -- called me prior -- was on time -- assessed the job --explained to me what he was going to do --answered all my question & went to work. He was very proficient & professional -- finished the job in a timely manner. He cleaned up his trash/debris & left my garage spotless. When he got done --he said "now we get to the painful part" as he took my CC payment! I told him "it's not so 'painful' when one has received professional & courteous service!" I am 100% satisfied with my new garage door. Terry even took time to adjust & realign the electric opener. He also lubricated the rollers and told me to do it periodically so my door operates properly --trouble free! That kind of service makes me a loyal -- lifetime Precision customer!

Definitely had a great experience using Precision! I explained the issues with Joe. He answered all my questions and explained what was going on and what needs to be done. He finished the job quickly and I could see and hear the difference in our garage door. Joe also fixed issues that I had no idea about since he knew it would pose a problem at some point in the future.
