Excellent service! My belt and motor were bad and Shaun came out, did an inspection and then gave me multiple options and price points to choose from. Ended up choosing a new (very cool) opener as well as some other work (rollers, spring, etc). He did a great job with the install, which was fast, and then walked me through everything. An excellent experience!

Fair. I was charged 30.00 extra for a tune up. The technician sprayed the hinges and left a can if lubricant. Iwas rather disappointed because I was told the cost after the fact. 89.00 for service call and a can of spray. Nothing was wrong with the garage, he said. I still think there is a loud sound upon opening. I do not see him on the list of employees

Brandon showed up on time and went over and showed us what we needed. Garage door is 20 yrs. old and needed new parts. He recommended what options we had and choices that were available. Fixed it fairly quickly and now it works better than when it was new. Very courteous and professional.
